Authorities released him (Oliver Valle-Ramos) days later—only for him to assault a woman at a massage parlor, beat her severely, expose himself, and attempted sexual assault. Now charged with attempted r*pe, sexual misconduct, assault, and stealing. This is the result of our open border policy. This violent repeat offender poses a serious threat to our community.
