I was told my Antipsychotic was "metabolically safer" 🤣 This video was taken on 8/30/21 - After 13 years of “treatment"- I thought I was going to die‼️ My ketogenic diet saved me. I found a better way to live🙏 - pic on right was taken 6/3/26 13 years of treatment gave me: ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Fatty liver disease Drug induced Parkinsonism -Tremors, trouble swallowing, balance issues, and depth perception issues. Qt Prolongation- Erratic pulse Severe Daily breathing issues/ Congestion/ Cough Bowel & Urinary Incontinence- I was afraid to leave my house. Electrolyte issues Anxiety Obesity Inflamed Intestines Inflamed & Dysfunctional Gallbladder Sun sensitivity- I was afraid to go outside because I’d turn beet red in a couple minutes. Poor Cognition High blood pressure High triglycerides No energy at all Chronic systemic pain & Inflammation I didn't realize it was the meds until I reduced them and started feeling better. Long term Pysch drug studies don't exist. Coincidence ⁉️ 👀👀👀👀💊💊💊👀👀👀 Informed consent is needed. Compliance wouldn't be an issue if the drugs weren't so dangerous... The current treatments need to be reevaluated. Patients deserve metabolic therapies not just pills. My doctors thought they were helping me. I ended up fighting for my life. Today’s Activity 💪 Woke up around 3 am. This is when cortisol starts to rise. Went back to sleep. Slept a total of 6 hrs 53 minutes but only got 26 minutes of Deep Sleep. If I don’t get at least 45 Minutes of Deep Sleep I don’t feel as rested. Hyperthyroidism affects my deep sleep. It’s getting better since I reduced my thyroid meds 25 days ago. Morning Sun ☀️ 15 Hour Fast 6.2 Mile Sunset Barefoot Beach Walk Ketones Improve My Schizophrenia 🧠

I’m dropping my antipsychotic again after 18 years of use!!! 🎉 Ketosis heals. I used to take 80 mg of geodon, 60 mg of Cymbalta, and 5 Xanax a day. I’m now only taking 10mg of geodon. I’ve tapered slowly due to withdrawals. I open my capsules and weigh my geodon in order to do smaller drops. My pharmacy only carries 20 mg capsules. This needs to change. Not everyone can or should take these drugs. My drugs stopped working and now only give me horrible side effects. Robert F. Kennedy Jr I never thought I’d get here. 🙏

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2008. The first picture was taken in 2018. Back then I was taking 60 mg of geodon, 5 Xanax a day, and Cymbalta. I didn’t have the best results on meds & they completely stopped working in 2023. Prior to starting a ketogenic diet I could only drive 15 minutes away from my house. I experienced delusional beliefs that my food was being poisoned, uncontrollable anxiety despite meds and my cognition was terrible. I couldn’t calculate my age despite knowing my birthdate. I struggled daily with everything. Side effects from meds were overwhelming and I thought I was going to die. So much changed for me after starting medical keto, intermittent fasting, and daily exercise. Those metabolic therapies drop my glucose and raise my ketones. My brain runs more efficiently on ketones. I wore a CGM for 2 years and also used a keto mojo reader. I can still have symptoms today if my ketones drop too low. Diet absolutely matters. I wish I knew about metabolic therapies when I was first diagnosed with schizophrenia in 2008. Please check out more information at Metabolic Mind Georgia Ede MD

Beach day with schizophrenia means I take my little cooler with me. I fill it with things that keep my mental health in check. It’s portable. Perfect for going on a walk. I never leave my house without it. This is what I’m taking today. 👇 It helps me feel well.
