Medical keto looks like this for my schizophrenia: Yesterday’s dinner: 4 fat bombs - 2 net carbs 2 hamburger patties 1 tablespoon of Yo Mama Ketchup- 1 net carb Mustard 3 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese- 1 net carb 1 slice of bacon Followed by a hot tea with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. - I always count 1 net carb for my hot tea. Labels are misleading. Meal = 5 net carbs and about 60 grams of protein I aim for about 80-90 grams of protein each day. Less activity usually requires less protein and less fat to stay in ketosis. If you still don’t see the results you want try adjusting your fat or protein macros. Eating between 10am-6pm helps control my glucose. I don’t feel deprived. I felt deprived with other diets. I feel better when I’m in ketosis. 🧠💪
