David Lynch grins as the 1990 Cannes audience boos 'Wild at Heart' winning the Palme d'Or. Roger Ebert, in his review of the film, mentioned he was one of the booers in the crowd. It's important to remember that receiving boos at Cannes is often the highest honor a filmmaker can receive.
