Just a quick one The story says this door was built by Kyoshi. Aang even calls it an “Avatar door” yet he couldn’t open it alone because he hadn’t learned firebending yet, that’s why Uncle Iroh had to step in and help. But here’s my observation, if it actually requires one bender from each of the four nations to unlock, why call it an “Avatar door” instead of “the Four Elements Door”? What do y’all think, is there a deeper reason behind the name?

Just watched this NATLA S2 scene and couldn’t stop laughing 😂 Sokka: Great, how are we going to get through this? Katara: Aang and I are both water benders, Sokka. Sokka: Yeah, but we need an earthbender to bring the… oh… Bro really forgot he was in the live-action version for a second. Show me better proof that Sokka didn’t binge the original ATLA 😂
