So much about increasing my function and staying within the 'energy envelope' has been small changes in how I do everyday things. The biggest accidental discovery was that I could use a cutting board in bed and then do most of my deep fascial releases and muscle activation movements - with tools like peanut balls or the "neuro ball". My recent favorites tools for self-myofascial massage so far are cupping, peanut balls, soft myofascial balls, the hypersphere GO vibration ball, and the "neuro ball" for foot fascial rolling. Part 2: Cutting Board Method for Back Myo-fascial release will be coming soon.
