@remissionbiome I don’t think I could increase dial like you mentioned, It only slightly increased attention to the outside I think for me it was more of diffusing focus. My brain tends to hyper focus on thoughts - too intense and too long. I need to find way to turn it off or shift away.

@remissionbiome The book "dissolving pain" by Les Femi comes with 2 audio tracks. I linked to them in the replies. They are free to download and were among my earliest intro's to meditation. truly back to my roots with this technique (back when I still have a fibromyalgia dx).
