Hump day deadlifts!! We love a PR on a cut and 2 is even better!

Late Saturday back and bicep day lifts. Still a little under recovered I think. But got the work done.

Tonight’s lifts: shoulders and back.

Deadlift day: good thing my coach had a bit less work programmed for today on DLs. These took all I had. But good workout.

I finally broke down and did the 105 pound curl challenge. I do not normally do this exercise, and I certainly don’t do it with a straight bar. I surprised myself with how many reps I got here.

Chest day is the best day! Good to be back to lifting. Coach tweaked the routine slightly and it was a great move - even got a PR. Awesome pump too IIDSSM.

The gym at the Venetian in Vegas may be the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. It’s like a playground. Great workout and good pump.

Back and bicep day on this chilly #FlexFriday Not my best work but tied a PR on the rows.

Last leg day before the beach on a #flexfriday. Went out with 3 PRs!! Now for some relaxation and recovery.

Not my usual routine tonight but since tweaking my back deadlifting on Monday I needed stuff that didn’t strain the spine. Good enough for a decent #FlexFriday pump, which is always encouraging to see, esp when you’re hurt.
