Deadlift PR today ☠️💪 425 lbs. 1x3 Only thing... better than hitting a squat PR today? *Also* hitting a deadlift PR!! Grabbed this triple after my squats today and these pulls were cruising! During the 3rd rep, I briefly considered a 4th rep, but instantly remembered I still had another set after this so I didn’t do it. Definitely still getting stronger!
