Week 3 of Transformer Bar as our Main Squat for our Line Group. 10x2 starting at 75% a bunch of guys ended over 500lbs for a double. The Transformer Bar has been a great addition for us improving our Stability and Brace on the Squat. Huge Transfer when we go back to Staight Bar.
