#Breaking: Big Trouble for Pradeep Constructions- 17 floors building has been built on FTL, says notice. A Show Cause Notice has been issued by GHMC for cancellation of Building Permission – also, No Occupancy Certificate issued. The company is owned by Pradeep Reddy Badvelu Where is the building- The Multi-Storied Group Housing Project (two towers with 2 cellars + stilt + 17 upper floors and club house) is constructed by Rajbhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad (near Park Hotel / Necklace Road), alleging that the land on which the building is constructed is seriously disputed. Based on the above reports, GHMC has issued a Show Cause Notice under Section 450 of the GHMC Act, 1955 to M/s. Pradeep Constructions proposing cancellation of the Building Permission on the ground that the permissions were obtained by material misrepresentation and suppression of material facts. The application for Occupancy Certificate has been kept in abeyance pending these proceedings. No Occupancy Certificate has been issued to the said building.

Corruption enters grave yard. K Satish Kumar, Municipal Assistant Engineer- Peddapalli took Rs 2 lakh bribe to process the final bill in regard to Hindu Grave yard at Peddapalli. Rs 32 lakhs was recovered from his residence. Imagine the bribe he must have taken. #Telangana

Tragic: Sanjay Shah, the 56-year-old CEO and founder of the software company, Vestex Asia, died when an aerial act went wrong during the company’s 25th anniversary celebrations at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad on Thursday evening. According to Abdullahpurmet inspector A Manmohan, the company had scheduled a two-day event at Ramoji Film City to mark Vestex Asia’s successful 25 years in the industry. On Thursday evening, around 7:40 pm, nearly 700 people came together at Lime Light Garden to witness one of the event’s highlights, an aerial act. A specially designed stage made of wood was elevated 20 feet above the concrete stage using a crane. The act involved a 6 mm iron wire with two layers on both sides. Unfortunately, during the performance, one side of the rope snapped without a warning and the stage fell on the people below. Tragically, the falling structure directly impacted Sanjay Shah and Vishwanath Raj Datla, the 52-year-old president of Vestex Asia. Sanjay Shah sustained injuries to his leg and hand, while Vishwanath Raj Datla suffered a severe head injury. The injured were shifted to Maxi Cure Hospital and later moved to Yashoda Hospital in Malakpet for advanced medical treatment. Sanjay Shah succumbed to his injuries during the early hours of Friday at the hospital. Vishwanath Raj Datla remains in critical condition, receiving intensive medical care. A case has been registered against Ramoji Filim city event authorities said inspector Manmohan, based on a complaint filed by Janakiram Raku Kalidindi, the executive director of Vestex Asia.

Hyderabad: Rs 100 Cr corruption!!! HMWSSB General Manager would sell tankers at exorbitant price and earn Rs 50K per day (said ACB sources). He would charge Rs 5000 per tanker for apartments. Most of the tankers were unofficially booked. Details- Saggam Anantha Laxmi Kumar @ S.A.L Kumar, General Manager (E), Project Division-VIII, HMWSSB. ACB conducted simultaneous raids on properties of (HMWSSB) General Manager Kumar in connection with a disproportionate assets case. Searches are underway at nearly eight locations across Hyderabad and surrounding areas. During the raids, ACB officials reportedly seized 1. ₹1.05 crore in cash 2. Huge quantity of gold and silver ornaments. 3. Property documents were also recovered during the searches. According to preliminary information, Kumar is suspected to have amassed assets worth nearly ₹100 crore, including three flats in a gated community in Hyderabad, six open plots on the city outskirts, and around three acres of land in Nizamabad. The searches are being carried out at Kumar’s residence in Mallapur, Secunderabad, and other associated premises. Officials are also expected to open bank lockers soon as part of the investigation. There is a possibility that raids may be extended to the houses of Kumar’s relatives. #Hyderabad: A customer was allegedly beaten to death by the staff and owner of Meridian restaurant, Punjagutta after he demanded extra curd for biryani. On Sunday, Liyaqat visited the restaurant for dinner. There was a quarrel between the staff and the customer when he asked to get extra curd for the biryani. After a heated argument, the customer was beaten by the hotel staff. Panjagutta police shifted both of them to the police station, the customer collapsed while speaking to the police. Police immediately rushed to the local Deccan Hospital. He died while receiving treatment in the hospital. AIMIM MLC Mirza Rehmat Baig reached Panjagutta Police Station. The MLC asked the police to do justice to the victim's family.

A massive land scam has surfaced in Hyderabad. Scam- encroach upon 10 acres of govt land worth nearly Rs 1,500 cr using forged (GOs). The case has reportedly brought a YSRCP leader Vinukonda MLA Bolla Brahma Naidu under scrutiny. He is currently absconding, the police said.

#Hyderabad- Alwal- Road rage is a serious concern- turns one into a monster. An elderly man was brutally attacked in Alwal by a motorbike rider following a confrontation. The incident occurred when the elderly man asked the rider, to slow down. In response, the rider attacked him, causing the elderly man to fall and suffer a severe head injury. His family rushed him to a private hospital, but despite efforts to save him, he passed away while receiving treatment.A case was registered, and the motorbike rider was arrested. The incident was captured on a CCTV camera installed on the road.

#Kurnool : Investigation into the deadly bus fire accident revealed— 1. Biker B Shiva Shankar - purchased liquor twice on the day before accident. CCTV footage indicates, he first purchased around 6.30 PM and 2 hours later. 2. While he was on his way ( drunk) to drop his friend Swamy, Shankar hit the divider and died on the spot. While swamy flew in the air on the opposite side. 3. For 15 minutes, Shankar was lying dead on the road. While his black pulsar bike remained on the road. Swamy who came into consciousness, went to see Shankar, but he was gone. 4. Miraculously, four buses passed through the same road but dodged the bike lying on the road. But, unfortunately the Kaveri travels bus, failing to see the black pulsar, rammed into it. Resulting in the mammoth fire killing 19. 5. Kurnool police traced swamy and recorded his statement. Only if, Swamy moved the bike away from the road on time. 19 lives would have been saved. Brutal death!

#Hyderabad: A car caused havoc near Vivekananda Nagar,Kukatpally. An electric car, traveling at high speed from the Vivekananda Nagar Arch towards Alwyn Colony, collided with another cars and several two-wheelers before crashing into the Eruvaka Tiffin Center. This incident caused panic among motorists and locals.
