I’m all for the City providing mass transit for Calgarians but at what cost? I asked if $6 Billion of tax payers money for 6 Miles of track or $625,000 per Meter is the best we can do? There has to be a more cost effective way to deliver transit to more people that need it.

I thought Blanket Rezoning was about making Homes more Affordable? This “Advocate” admits it’s really about Collecting more Property Taxes. Personally, I don’t think the City should be able to Fundamentally change entire Established Communities just to boost their bottom line.

I’m not going to give up on Repealing Blanket Rezoning! I feel like I was Lied to and it’s right here in the video. When asked if Fed Money is tied to Blanket the answer was NO. We don’t need blanket rezoning to build the homes that Calgarians need and want.
