Today we’re making Rajma Galouti Kebab. Perfect as a snack, starter, or even in a wrap for kids’ lunchboxes. Recipe: 1. Soak rajma in 4 cups water overnight (or 8 hrs). 2. Boil with ½ tsp salt till tender. 3. Drain, then blend with onion, green chilli & ginger into a fine paste. 4. Mix in spices, roasted besan & paneer (optional) for a soft dough. 5. Shape into patties & roast on a greased tawa till golden. 6. Serve hot with chutney.
