Some Indian breakfasts feel comforting, but quietly work against your energy, digestion and metabolism. 1. Paratha fried in oil: High carbs + fat, almost no protein → slow digestion, sleepiness and cravings. 2. Poha with sev & refined oil: Refined fats + deep-fried sev + low protein → bloating, acidity and hunger soon after. 3.
