CEO of BAM Ammon McNeff did an interview with FOX 5 DC 6 hours ago. Few takeaways here from the 12 minute conversation: Corporate blames a single, unauthorized franchise owner in Salem, Oregon, for entering into an illegal consignment agreement with customer Brian Mansel, completely behind corporate's back. Forensic accounting allegedly uncovered three separate sets of records proving the former franchisee severely underpaid Mansel and hid the true extent of the sales. While the viral internet claims threw around massive numbers, corporate claims real documentation puts the collection's actual value at a much lower $100,000. Corporate claims they’ve repeatedly offered Mansel whatever left-over inventory they could find and have offered to cut a check to cover the financial gap left by the rogue owner, if he’ll just sit down with them. They are aggressively pursuing a lawsuit against the YouTuber (Reckless Ben) and Mansel, claiming the entire viral narrative is a smear campaign built on "false statements".

Wreckless Ben released a video today, adding his own commentary to the leaked body cam footage. Few takeaways here: There was no 911 call. Instead, Bricks and Minifigs store owner Joshua Johnson appears to have directly called an officer for assistance. Joshua and the officer are literally planning ways to have Ben arrested. Cop seems pretty bothered with the lawsuit being real and moves to plan b (cyber stalking charges or anything that’ll stick). Cop arrested Ben without reading him his rights or mentioning what the arrest is for. Cops tips other cops to be “prepared for cameras” while executing the search want for Bryan’s “stolen Legos”. Cop admits that he shut off a camera from one of the individuals filming (highly illegal & violation of the 1st amendment).
