So let me get this straight… Julie says she showed up at 34 Fairview around 8:00–8:30 AM, hung around for 30–45 minutes, just sitting in the kitchen of the house where a man supposedly died in the yard during a blizzard.Meanwhile… Her husband Chris says he woke up around 8:00–8:30 AM, totally on his own, like a Disney prince stretching in the sunshine, in the middle of a nor’easter, mind you. Then Julie strolls in, breaks the news that John is dead, and the two of them head back over to 34 Fairview “just after 9.” And they only stay a half hour before heading home again. Is this more Chris Albert Math?

Last night, Higgy got up and tried to convince the room that everyone should’ve been focused on Karens end of the texts between the 2 of them during the trial… not him. He also said that it didn’t justify his actions since karen got his number from someone else, he should not be at fault. Correct. His actions did that all by themselves. But hey, at least last night’s speech probably won’t have Helena rushing to get the video deleted. Progress.

Now that we have dash cam footage from 682 we can see Kerry Roberts backs in and parks at the end of the driveway. She walks into the house. About a minute later, she comes back out. She speaks with Matt at the end of the driveway. Matt runs into the house. Kerry does not leave — she remains parked. Matt runs back out and spends about a minute at Kerry’s vehicle. Matt runs back into the house again. Officer Goode exits the house. Officer Lank walks up the driveway. Matt follows Lank roughly 30 seconds later. Kerry is still parked at the end of the driveway. After emergency vehicles leave, Kerry departs toward Chapman Street. Matt then moves his vehicle into the driveway and runs into the house. Approximately four minutes later, Lank goes into the house.

The more I go back through Julie Albert’s statements and testimony, the more questions I have. Start with the migraine. Julie says she left the Waterfall shortly after 11 because she had a terrible migraine. Colin is still out. She testified that she and Colin were “in communication” during the evening. Then Colin testifies that when he is leaving 34 Fairview he says “I’m going home. My mom wants me home. I love you guys. Bye.” And when Colin finally gets home, Julie says one of the first things he asks her is whether she is feeling better. Okay. How did Colin know she wasn’t feeling well? Did Julie tell him about the migraine? Is that why “my mom wants me home”? And if they were communicating that night, what communication was it? Text? Call? Snapchat? Where is it? Now let’s add the timing. Julie originally says Chris got home around 12:10 and Colin came home 10–15 minutes AFTER Chris. Except the Waterfall video shows Chris still there and leaving at approximately 12:13:46. Using the walking time discussed in court, and our Chronkbusted experiments, Chris gets home roughly 12:20–12:21. Add Julie’s 10–15 minutes and her own sequence puts Colin home roughly 12:30–12:36 at best! So how does that coexist with the much earlier Colin/Allie departure timeline? And now another thing I’ve been pointing out since DAY ONE: The driveway. Look at the vehicles around 7 AM. Two Albert vehicles. Jen McCabe’s vehicle. Where is Brian Jr.’s vehicle? Because Julie later testifies that when she arrives around 8:30 AM to deliver his birthday donuts, she pulls into the driveway and walks toward the vehicle in front of her to put the donuts and card inside Brian Jr.’s car. So was one of those earlier vehicles Brian Jr.’s? If not, when did his car get there? And from where? Now go back to the very first MSP interview. February 10, 2022. Proctor and Bukhenik interview Julie and Chris together at their house, almost two weeks after John O’Keefe died. And Bukhenik’s written report contains the sentence Julie and Chris were at the Waterfall and then “followed to Brian Albert’s home in the early morning hours of January 29.” Hold on. Because Julie’s trial testimony is that she left the Waterfall because of the migraine and went home. Chris later walked home. Then Julie says she didn’t go to 34 Fairview until roughly 8:30 the next morning. So what exactly does Bukhenik mean when his report says they “then followed to Brian Albert’s home in the early morning hours”? That same report says Julie was asleep at 4:55 AM, Jen’s missed call woke her, and that was how she learned John was dying. In the 1st trial She says she woke around 8 AM, saw a missed call she remembered as roughly 5:55, there was no voicemail or text, she never spoke to Jen, never called her back, and says she learned something happened to John only after she arrived at 34 Fairview. Then look at what happens around the MSP investigation. Before Julie is even interviewed, she is having repeated phone contact with Michael Proctor’s sister Courtney. Then February 10 Proctor interviews Julie and Chris at their home. Shortly afterward, records shown at trial indicated Julie called Proctor’s personal phone at about 6:17 PM, and Proctor called her back around 6:21 PM for roughly four minutes. Julie says she doesn’t remember what they discussed. Fast-forward to 2024. MSP investigators now interview Julie regarding her relationship and communications with Michael Proctor. March 18: first recorded interview. March 19: she comes back after locating Proctor’s contact and messages in her phone. April 3: third interview, and she finally consents to a limited search of her phone for communications involving Proctor. Can somebody put Julie Albert’s own accounts into one single timeline that actually works? Because every time I try… 🐝 another bee flies out.

Courtney Proctor said she and Michael “just didn’t talk about” the case. But on January 29, Michael texted her that the death was suspicious, told her not to tell anyone, identified Julie and Chris as witnesses, and said he needed to interview them. Then on February 1, before Proctor interviewed Julie and Chris, Courtney texted Michael that she was meeting with Julie. Later, Courtney claimed Michael did not even have Julie’s number and had to ask her for it “a few weeks into” the investigation. Michael was discussing Julie and Chris with Courtney on day one. Courtney was meeting with Julie before Michael interviewed her. Courtney and Julie communicated frequently. Yet we still do not have the communication showing who actually arranged the interview, how it was arranged, or when Proctor first contacted Julie and Chris. Courtney said they “didn’t talk about the case.” The texts say otherwise. And the missing communications trail sits directly between the investigator, his sister, and the witnesses he needed to interview. AND DONT FORGET, julie called Proctor just after their official interview, and he called her back and talked for 4 minutes

Kim Fair said she’s screenshotting every one of my posts, so Kim, screenshot this one nice and clear. I’ve been saying this all along, Allie, Colin, and Higgins are not three separate stories. Their timelines overlap. If Higgins’ Jeep was where they say it was, Allie should have seen it when she pulled in. Allie Could not tell MSP how Colin was at Fairview ummm well.... colin told us in court Allie drove him!!!!! Higgins should have seen Allie arrive. Colin should have seen Higgins’ Jeep when he came out. This was not some complicated maze. There are only so many ways to get to 34 Fairview. Yet Allie could not clearly remember the route she took to pick Colin up, and now the filing says Life360 data from Jennifer McCabe’s phone showed Allie did not travel straight home after dropping Colin off and even more importantly, showed no evidence of Allie arriving at or departing from 34 Fairview or Colin’s house on January 29. So once again, the “simple explanation” is not simple at all. If Colin left the house exactly how they said he did, why does the data make the story messier instead of clearer? If Allie picked him up at 34 Fairview, why does the record not cleanly show that? If Higgins’ Jeep was there, why does nobody’s testimony cleanly account for who saw who? Matt says: He got a call from his wife. He got dressed. He headed to 34 Fairview. He drove most of the way down Fairview, saw it was blocked. He turned around, went back up to Spring Lane → Cedarcrest → Fairview He arrived around 6:40 Jen called him at 6:35 The problem is, If Matt arrived around 6:40 that means He was already on the road before 6:35 Which means he left the house before Jen called him Which means he Left without being told where to go or Left before knowing john had been found or Left on his own initiative There is no version of this where Jen’s 6:35 call caused Matt to leave, and Matt still arrives by 6:40 after dressing and driving a rerouted path. Matt’s story depends on the call being the trigger. But the clock says The trigger comes after the movement. Julie and Chris Albert did not simply hand their phones to MSP and say, “Search everything.” There was no full Cellebrite extraction, no complete download, no apparent recovery of deleted messages, and no broad review of calls, apps, photos, emails, contacts, or communications with everyone connected to the case. This was an extremely narrow, consensual search focused almost entirely on phone numbers MSP already believed belonged to Michael Proctor. MARCH 18, 2024 During Julie’s first interview, investigators asked about communications with Proctor and requested permission to look through her phone. But MSP immediately reassured her “We’re not looking to dump your phone.” They explained that a dump would extract everything, and that was not what they wanted. They were seeking only direct Proctor communications, group threads involving Proctor, and specific messages referenced in court. Julie still did not consent. “I’m just not going to make this decision right now.” She wanted to speak with Chris first. A few hours later, after leaving MSP with the phone, Julie called back and said she had found Proctor saved as “Mike Proctor,” along with one incoming message and one response. To her credit, she reported it. But she had been alone with the phone before investigators documented those messages, and she still had not authorized them to conduct their own search. MARCH 19, 2024 Julie returned and allowed MSP to view and photograph the Proctor contact and two messages she had personally found. That is not the same as consenting to an independent search. When asked again, Julie said “I have, but I haven’t figured that out with my husband just yet.” So MSP could document what Julie placed in front of them, but could not independently search the device themselves. The delays continued. Julie wanted more time, investigators and Julie played phone tag, she became ill, and scheduling carried into the following week. Julie did not sign the consent form until April 3....16 days after her first interview. Even then, the search remained extremely limited. Julie stayed in the room while an investigator manually entered several known Proctor phone numbers into the iPhone’s ordinary search function. No forensic extraction. No deleted-message recovery. They found one incoming message from Proctor’s number ending in 2093, Julie’s response, and nothing associated with four other known numbers. That tells us only what appeared through those particular manual searches on April 3. It does not establish whether deleted messages once existed, whether calls occurred instead of texts, whether another number or app was used, whether communications existed on an earlier phone or cloud backup, or whether Apple IDs, emails, aliases, or unidentified numbers were involved. In fact, during Julie’s second interview, her own phone displayed a notice that additional results would appear after Messages finished indexing. This was not a forensic examination of Julie Albert’s phone. It was a carefully restricted search of selected numbers, conducted only after more than two weeks of hesitation.

This is how someone describes an event they did not actually experience. And the only proof she ever picked him up? A printed screenshot NOT a phone extraction NOT corroborated by Life360 NOT corroborated by surveillance That alone makes her story flimsy. HER LIFE360 DATA TELLS A DIFFERENT STORY 12:04–12:06 AM She enters home circle But she does not stay home. 12:06–12:23 She drives 7 miles at speeds of 42 mph in the snow To where? Not to Fairview. Not to Albert’s. Not anywhere near Colin. She is driving somewhere else. 12:23–12:26 She leaves again, arrives at CHS This is now TWO stops at Canton High within minutes. Again nowhere near 34 Fairview. 12:26–12:29 Leaves CHS, returns home Again, brief stop. 1:08–1:28 Leaves AGAIN, drives through home circle & CHS bubble, ends up back at CHS That’s FIVE movements in 84 minutes.Not one of them puts her at Fairview. Not one of them shows Colin’s pickup. Not one of them suggests she ever went to wish “little Brian” a happy birthday Life360 paints a picture of Constant driving, Repeated trips to CHS, No trip to the Albert house No pickup of Colin,No drop-off Nothing matching her testimony Which means the story she told the jury does not match her own digital footprint. If Allie and Colin were, lifelong friends, same senior class,same friend group “Very close" why was she not at Leonetti's party, which is the place she supposedly picked collin up from, and why not even go inside to say Happy Birthday to Brian Jr? Because possibly she wasn’t picking him up from there. Because she wasn’t there either. Because she couldn’t describe the roads or the time because the event didn’t happen. And the distance between her testimony and her Life360 explains why... Allie’s story may have been constructed to get Colin OUT of the house timeline. The printed screenshot, not a phone extraction, leaves room for manipulation. Her movements show she was driving around somewhere else entirely. When you step back and look at it, It is absolutely NOT outside the realm of possibility that Allie and Colin were NOT together that night and her testimony was designed to separate their timelines to protect the house. And here’s the kicker If she didn’t pick Colin up… then where did he go And who was he actually with?

According to sworn testimony from Lank and Goode No one entered or exited the house while they were inside. Matt McCabe wasn’t even there yet. According to… you know… video footage Matt McCabe enters. Leaves. Comes back. Leaves again. Kerry Roberts is in and out. At one point, Matt, Lank, and Goode literally walk out together like it’s a group field trip. But sure… “No one came in or out.” Solid. Lock it in. And the Forensic Four? On the VERY DAY Karen was arrested… Julie Albert spent 12 minutes on the phone with Courtney Proctor YOU KNOW… Trooper Michael Proctor’s sister. The sister of the lead investigator who had not even interviewed the Alberts yet. Twelve minutes… on arrest day. Let that marinate. ON FEBRUARY 2, 2022 THE DAY OF KAREN’S ARRAIGNMENT Before 9 AM before Karen even walked into the courtroom Julie Albert has THREE MORE CALLS with Courtney Proctor. What could they possibly be talking about that morning? Brunch plans? Yoga classes? Or maybe… the arraignment Karen Read??? At 10:58 AM THERE IS A 27 MINUTE CALL A nearly half-hour conversation with the lead investigator’s sister after the arraignment. Gee, I wonder what they discussed, The weather? The Patriots? Or maybe… the arraignment that had literally just happened? This is not normal. This is not random. This is access. THEN 13 days after John O’Keefe died…Julie and Chris Albert were finally interviewed. AT 5:30 PM But get this, They were interviewed together, not separately. They were interviewed in their home, not at a station. They were interviewed without Colin present, So the concerned mother brings… Not Colin. Just herself. And sits next to her husband while they give a joint story. This is not how serious homicide investigations usually work. Unless the goal is not clarity… but containment. Right after their interview ends, Julie calls Trooper Proctor’s personal cellphone for 5 seconds (a “call me back” ping) then at 6:21 Proctor calls her back for 4 minutes, because apparently the lead investigator needed a quick check-in with a family whose son was at 34 Fairview minutes before a man was found dying in the snow and he had just interviewed her moments earlier! But they want you to believe they had No special access, No coaching No “off the books” conversations, No preferential treatment, No reason for concern. Just casual chit-chat with the Proctor family on, Arrest Day, Arraignment DayInterview Day Sure. Totally normal. Why is the family of people who were at 34 Fairview BEFORE the discovery of the body… on the phone with the Proctor family more than ANY other witnesses in the entire case? And why does EVERY call line up with, The arrest, The arraignment and The interviews …if all they ever did was “go to a party and go home”?

At 7:55 AM, Jen McCabe texts Brian Albert a Dunkin order “large hot with cream and sugar.” Julie Albert testified she woke up around 8-ish, went to Dunkin, then arrived at 34 Fairview Road around 8:30, where Brian Albert waved her into the house. But Julie also testified she parked behind her nephew’s vehicle. Problem is, That vehicle does NOT appear in earlier Canton PD scene photographs while officers were still on scene until roughly 7:50 AM. So when did the vehicle arrive? Who drove it there? Did Brian leave after CPD cleared the first time? Did Brian return before Lank and Gallagher came back? Was Brian Albert continuously inside the house that entire morning… or not?

Aiden finally said the quiet part out loud this am on his live "if he’s not gonna talk, I’m just gonna name him." That was not an accidental disclosure. It was a conscious decision to publicly identify Lucky because Lucky was not cooperating in the manner Aiden wanted. Aiden may say he interpreted Lucky’s silence as hiding information. But he did not actually know that. Lucky had already provided the information. What Lucky wanted was for his name to remain out of the story. So the choice presented to Lucky was effectively cooperate publicly, or be named and compared to someone hiding evidence in John O’Keefe’s death. Then, behind closed doors, Lucky was called “slow,” compared to Forrest Gump, and described as “too dumb” to protect his own interests. This is not about whether Aiden helped Karen’s defense. It is about whether a witness’s wishes and dignity mattered once his information became useful. Aiden has now admitted that he used Lucky’s identity as pressure. People can decide for themselves whether they believe that was justified, but they can no longer pretend it did not happen. Why is Aidan continuing to call lucky, who is continuing to NOT take his calls and more importantly, why will he talk about everything else but what was said during the call with lucky the nest day?

there is another important detail in Julie’s text thread that is easy to overlook. she never actually answered Michael Proctor’s question. Proctor told her that Colin’s attorney was not returning his calls. He asked Julie and Chris to speak with Colin and find out what day and time worked for another interview. Julie did not say she would ask Colin. She did not provide a date. She did not refer Proctor back to the attorney. She did not decline. Instead, she answered only the personal part “Same to you and E. It all really sucks. Hope the kids are doing good.” Proctor then gave that response a thumbs-up. So where is the rest of the conversation? How was Colin’s interview ultimately coordinated? Was it done over the phone, through Chris, through the attorney, or through messages that were no longer present? Because the one Proctor exchange investigators found on Julie’s phone contains a request, but no actual answer.
