I posted this in March, warning LA that Raman is a sleeper candidate. I know her so well because her City Council District is neighbors with mine. She is very unpopular and I sit in Neighborhood Council meetings where she is regularly thrashed by residents. When she ran for re-election 2 years ago against a Democrat, she was ahead on Election Night by only 4 points (but less than 50%), so we thought we were headed for a runoff. But after days of post Election Day counting, she magically got the votes she needed for an outright majority win, 50.6%. Again, she ran against a Democrat. What is repeating right now on a larger scale (she made up 10 points in 5 days?) has NOTHING to do with the claim that Spencer is a Republican, and comparisons to historical Trump or Garvey vote share are not useful. That is a backfilled explanation by pundits and strategists who aren’t from LA and have no idea what they’re saying. This is a pattern, perfected by operatives. I will admit that after her debate crash-out, unfavorable polling, and fundraising numbers came out in April and May, even I thought the threat from Raman was reduced. May Elizabeth was wrong; March Elizabeth was right. I wish I wasn’t.

My President Donald J. Trump taught me Too Big To Rig is how to win Of 1.1M, only 30% of Republicans turned out in LA County. Similarly, of 327K, only ~100K voted in LA City We want voter ID, and winners on Election Night. But we still have to show up to vote for those things Too Big to Rig.

Same in the UK. ⚠️ A serious warning Americans need to heed. Sharia law is based on Islamic scripture that dictates religious, ethical, and legal guidance. Islamic leaders in the United States expressly vow to spread Islamic teachings by bringing Sharia laws and customs into the mainstream. Examples include amplifying the call to prayer 5 times per day from mosques, closing businesses for daily prayer and holidays, serving Halal food in schools, and requiring religious dress for women in public settings. The purpose is to organize the entire community around Sharia customs and practices, thereby influencing (ie converting) others and, ultimately imposing it on everyone, like it or not.
