NEW PR 🚨 This is so crazy to me! The progress after reaching 45lbs/~20kg and breaking a barrier I thought was impossible has been bonkers. It’s like once you surpass what you thought your limit was, you really get set free. I will keep pushing this and eventually find a setup

First time lifting in kg in 6 months and on a proper setup 🏄‍♀️ Gotta do more hip thrusts haha. But still, 117.5kg bench press for 2 isn’t awful. But ye definitely have to get used to the setup and glue the glutes

NEW ALL TIME PERSONAL RECORD 😸😸 475lbs/215.9kg It’s a bit funny because I was just saying I felt meh regarding deadlifts: I have been on a deadlift plateau for so long, which makes sense because I don’t train powerlifting but basically just max out once a week

This fight 💛💙 I failed my second deadlift and went for a reattempt. Sickness and injuries held me back but I still did my best. I love the commentators at these competitions And hey, it's just a (strength wise) bad day, not a bad life. I’m going to attempt this weight or more

Work up to an Unofficial World Record Strict Curl 💪🏼 I searched different federations and weight classes and found the Nordic record of 49kg and WRPF saying it’s 47.5kg. There is not a clear database for this lift but I recently started to train it so if you

Wanted to see what my max was. I usually do 10-15 reps everyday as part of my daily routine so this was a fun challenge 😸

Words aren’t enough to describe how much this means to me. Reaching goals far beyond what I thought was even possible. It might just look like a lift (and it is) but there are so many hours of work behind and I’m so proud. I really did it. Thanks for believing in me.

55lbs/25kg and my mind was messing with me, like those special numbers are barriers to the next level. This was the third attempt because I chickened out on the previous ones thinking I couldn’t do it 😅 I have succeeded lifts where I didn’t believe in myself before but rarely.
