Nothing infuriates an uninformed Congressional Dem more than when they realize they voluntarily triggered a debate with someone who actually knows what they are talking about, reads federal statute and adheres to Supreme Court precedent. Today’s self-implosion by Rosa DeLauro was quite remarkable to witness. Without apology or regret, I will always adhere to the best available reading of federal statute pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright.

After a Stacey Abrams linked NGO reported $100 in revenue in 2023, the Biden EPA awarded them $2 BILLION in 2024. Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, I canceled that entire grant and that NGO has not had access to any of those funds. In fact, the Trump EPA has canceled over $29 BILLION in grants so far on behalf of the hardworking American taxpayer.

A tractor shutting down during harvest because of a faulty Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) system has long been a devastating reality for too many farmers across America, but is now becoming a problem of the past as a result of Trump EPA actions this past year. I told Senator Sheldon WhiteClub today that I won’t be listening to or caring about any of his lessons on morality knowing that he joined an all-white Rhode Island Country Club. I’m also done with the likes of AOC, Al Gore, John Kerry, and the rest of the lying cabal that make stupid climate predictions, plunder tens of billions of tax dollars, enrich their well-connected allies, and are committed to strangulating out of existence entire sectors of our economy. Climate alarmist AOC wants to be taken seriously while also insisting the world is imminently about to end due to climate change (Just under 5 years remain on her nutty Jan 2019 prediction that only 12 years of life are left on Earth). Al Gore is now speaking publicly about his concern with global freezing after decades of grift talking about global warming. “Within the decade there will be no more snows of Kilimanjaro,” said Gore in 2006 (There’s still snow on Kilimanjaro year-round). Gore also predicted in 2009 ice-free Arctic summers within 5-7 years. John Kerry warned in 2009 that the Arctic would be ice-free by 2013. These people are dishonest, power-hungry hacks. The GREEN NEW SCAM is DEAD!!!

Just because AOC, Kerry, or Gore absurdly predict the end of the world is near or some other bonkers climate claim of the day, doesn’t mean the rest of us must play along, or that extreme economic pain should be forced upon Americans who can least afford it. It’s been incredible to witness just how deeply involved and passionate President Trump has been about making Washington, D.C. beautiful in advance of America 250 celebrations. Fountains, monuments, landscaping, lighting, the reflecting pool, and so much more are part of his effort. National Guardsmen have been amazing, and a big shoutout to Secretary Doug Burgum and his team at the Dept of Interior for exceptionally leading the way implementing the President’s vision.

California’s 9th Congressional District apparently isn’t sending their brightest to Congress. Last week, Rep. Josh Harder tried scoring cheap political points attacking our great HHS Secretary Kennedy, asking RFK Jr. to defend against Harder’s bogus claim that EPA was doubling the amount of mercury pollution (100% untrue!). He even called Secretary Kennedy a coward for not recognizing and being able to explain the fictitious numbers Harder was so confidently peddling. The problem, of course, was that Harder’s numbers were make-believe fairy dust. This afternoon, Harder tried pulling that same garbage on me and walked into a buzz saw. First off, he had no clue the Biden rule he was defending hadn’t even taken effect yet, and when I pressed him using the official numbers developed through the rulemaking process, and asked him where his make-believe numbers were coming from, all he could muster was that they come from some mysterious source somewhere in the community.

With great enthusiasm, the Trump EPA ELIMINATED the Obama-era incentive for manufacturers to install the almost universally despised start/stop feature in vehicles. No more climate participation trophies for making vehicles die at every red light and stop sign!

Rhode Island Senator Sheldon WhiteClub loves to falsely tell the public that offshore wind is the cheapest form of energy. He couldn’t be more wrong with his numbers. It’s no great mystery why he didn’t want to engage at today’s Senate EPW hearing regarding his bonkers logic (beyond asking me a dumb question of whether “18” is more than “9”). He knew I came loaded with receipts and my explanation dissecting his math and comparing energy sources would have made him look far more foolish than the purple haired lady on Monday. Kudos to Utah Senator John Curtis for wanting to actually engage on this important topic more substantively. Here’s the issue for Senator WhiteClub: He deliberately omits much of the other costs of wind, including the cost of “firming”, which is necessary to convert wind into a dispatchable power supply. Because the wind doesn’t always blow, there is a cost of storing it. When you look at the costs of an energy source, it’s important to look at the “all-in” numbers, and if you are trying to get educated on this stuff, don’t let your brain waste space on any info from WhiteClub.
