Yesterday, I had a detailed call with Canada’s Ambassador to the U.S., Mark Wiseman. I stressed to him, on behalf of millions of concerned Americans, just how extremely important and urgent it is to put out all the fires harming U.S. air quality. Going forward, it will be so vital to maximize proactive forest management, early fire detection, and resource staging and instant mobilization. Nothing infuriates an uninformed Congressional Dem more than when they realize they voluntarily triggered a debate with someone who actually knows what they are talking about, reads federal statute and adheres to Supreme Court precedent. Today’s self-implosion by Rosa DeLauro was quite remarkable to witness. Without apology or regret, I will always adhere to the best available reading of federal statute pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright.

I told Senator Sheldon WhiteClub today that I won’t be listening to or caring about any of his lessons on morality knowing that he joined an all-white Rhode Island Country Club. I’m also done with the likes of AOC, Al Gore, John Kerry, and the rest of the lying cabal that make stupid climate predictions, plunder tens of billions of tax dollars, enrich their well-connected allies, and are committed to strangulating out of existence entire sectors of our economy. Climate alarmist AOC wants to be taken seriously while also insisting the world is imminently about to end due to climate change (Just under 5 years remain on her nutty Jan 2019 prediction that only 12 years of life are left on Earth). Al Gore is now speaking publicly about his concern with global freezing after decades of grift talking about global warming. “Within the decade there will be no more snows of Kilimanjaro,” said Gore in 2006 (There’s still snow on Kilimanjaro year-round). Gore also predicted in 2009 ice-free Arctic summers within 5-7 years. John Kerry warned in 2009 that the Arctic would be ice-free by 2013. These people are dishonest, power-hungry hacks. The GREEN NEW SCAM is DEAD!!!

The impacts of the Canadian wildfires are causing great concern and harm across the United States. Since the U.S. first started to experience the impact of the wildfires, EPA has been working around the clock on behalf of impacted Americans. The agency is using our resources to monitor air quality and provide the public with timely access to our data. We are in direct communication with the Canadian government, as well as federal, state, local, and Tribal partners. We are going to remain continuously engaged with Canadian leadership at the highest levels of their government and strongly encourage them to do everything in their power to extinguish these fires as fast as possible. EPA will do everything in the agency’s authority to continue to protect human health and the environment throughout this event. After a Stacey Abrams linked NGO reported $100 in revenue in 2023, the Biden EPA awarded them $2 BILLION in 2024. Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, I canceled that entire grant and that NGO has not had access to any of those funds. In fact, the Trump EPA has canceled over $29 BILLION in grants so far on behalf of the hardworking American taxpayer.

Most Americans want the United States to be the AI capital of the world. Kathy Hochul’s statewide moratorium on data centers is a giant gift to the Chinese Communist Party. Fortunately, other states are smart enough to responsibly press forward on projects while ensuring they don’t raise consumers’ bills, don’t pull desperately needed energy off the grid, and reuse/recycle water or not use water at all. There is a wide range of data center projects, ranging from the good to the problematic. Halting ALL construction though, including the good ones, is awful play calling that may appease the lower IQ politicians, but also makes China thrilled as well.

Just because AOC, Kerry, or Gore absurdly predict the end of the world is near or some other bonkers climate claim of the day, doesn’t mean the rest of us must play along, or that extreme economic pain should be forced upon Americans who can least afford it. Just got back from the Keystone State where I visited U.S. EPA Mid-Atlantic Region, toured Superfund and waste management sites, met with trucking manufacturers, and viewed a Chesapeake Bay watershed initiative. The Trump EPA continues to work hard non-stop to help Power the Great American Comeback throughout Pennsylvania and all 50 states. 🇺🇸

Another media “fact check” face plant where the fact checker doesn’t have the slightest clue what he’s talking about. “OOOO b/c” is not a typo. 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart OOOO, or Quad O, is a federal reg under the Clean Air Act. Also, those aren’t zeroes, it’s the letter “O”.

In 12 years of elected office on Long Island, I recall Kirsten Gillibrand coming to my district ONCE for a purpose other than to fundraise. At no point in my life, past, present, or future, will I (or any other Long Islander for that matter) be lectured about “Long Island Roots” by that lazy, absentee, empty chair, empty suit, MIA Senator.

We proudly rescinded what has been referred to as the “Holy Grail” for the “world is about to end” climate change zealots, the 2009 Obama EPA Endangerment Finding, without apology or regret. $1.3 trillion in savings. $2,400 more affordable new vehicles. The end of the start/stop climate participation trophy. All while protecting our environment.

On Mondays and Fridays all of last year, U.S. EPA HQs only had 8.9% daily attendance. Not under President Donald J. Trump’ watch. It’s time for our talented staff to return to work in the office full-time. Part of being good stewards of tax dollars means showing up every day to do our job.

There will be no more climate participation trophies awarded to manufacturers who make Americans’ vehicles die at every red light and stop sign. It’s over. The Start/Stop Obama Switch is FINISHED! Under President Trump’s leadership, manufacturers can build the vehicles Americans actually want, instead of the vehicles that politicians and bureaucrats in Washington demand.
