PROOF that NYMAG acted like duplicitous character assassins in their smear job on Andrew Huberman from emails I've obtained. Detailed below and in video: 1. NYMAG obsequiously emailed Huberman's team in August 2023 indicating they wanted to write a glowing profile : "When my editor suggested I look into him, I basically shot him down; it didn't seem like the kind of thing I would be into. I listened to a single episode, and predictably, months later, I'm fully addicted and devoted..for the first time, due to some episodes that deal with stress, I'm taking care of my mental health. It was almost like I couldn't engage, or become interested, until Dr. Huberman made it all profoundly concrete and chemical." 2. After getting no reply, NYMAG connected with his jilted exes who were leaving anonymous comments on Reddit/Social media to smear him 3. They then began emailing COLLEAGUES, FAMILY (including his 80 year old father) and HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS of Huberman saying they wanted to discuss the "serious allegations" against him and solicit more dirt. They also sought to dig up information that he was not in fact a real scientist at Stanford and was misrepresenting his work 4. After Stanford explicitly shot down these notions, they had nothing left but the story of the jilted lovers based purely on he said/she said allegations 5. They were unable to prove a single instance of lying or misinformation on the Huberman Lab podcast. They were unable to prove or solicit any information undercutting his scientific work Ultimately, NYMAG unethically sought access by presenting themselves as some friendly actor only to them churn the rumor mill and attempt to incur serious professional consequences on Huberman for a story with no news value or relevance to public information they put out Disgusting behavior. Thank god that in the independent media era we can reveal them for what they are

In the interest of full transparency here are the details of my return to the White House Press Briefing room to ask a question from the new media seat: After Karoline Leavitt announced the new media seat and application process I filled out the form and reached out to several individuals who I previously knew from covering the complex with my interest in attending a briefing sometime in the future. They were noncommittal In the last 24 hours they reached out to me to see if I will still interested and I told them I was. *At no point* did I provide any of the questions I intended to ask to the White House and the first time they heard the questions was the first time that you all did during the briefing There was also no agreement or ask on their part as to the number of questions we would cover. I was given the opportunity to open the briefing and prepared 3 separate questions I thought were important 1. The stock market drop and the White House's reaction + whether they would commit to ruling out a recession 2. What message the White House thinks they are sending by trying to primary Thomas Massie 3. To get them on the record as to the legal standard they are using to deport Mahmoud Khalil I prepared those questions to reflect the concerns of Americans right now on the economy, concerns within the party as to what the standard is for Trump to intervene against you, and also to ask a question relating to a free speech issue which has animated online discourse in the last 24 hours I believe it is important to set a standard for independent media to ask questions that reflect why we became popular in the first place: Meeting people where they are at and asking questions about things that really effect them I want to thank the White House staff and Karoline Leavitt for inviting me to the briefing room and hope to return at some point in the future.
