Studying how to reduce animated texture smearing, i hope twitter compression don't destroy the video too much... For me the "just put speed" approach doesn't work. Graph in comments #UE5Study

I made some #UE5 walk cycles 2 years ago, put them on Artstation store, they didn't sell, so I gave up animating. Now I've put them on Fab, not announced anywhere, they sold like 1 year of artstation in 1 month. Go figure...

Nanite Assemblies test in #UE5.8 branch from github. I see improvements! they generate much faster and they look better, there's much less noise when it turns to voxels

Skeletal nanite #UE5.5 No need to change source anymore, just add r.Nanite.AllowSkinnedMeshes=1 in defaultengine and enable nanite in persona

After some research, there's not one but 2 bugs in motion warping! If your ref.pose root transform != 0 or if you use warp rotation method other than "slerp" - it will be wrong #UE5

New #UE5 Game Animation Sample is awesome but also scary. So I started digging and made a minimal replicated bp-only mover character. Anybody interested?

I noticed that by default GASP does 90 trajectory prediction samples per frame, which is a lot, so I tried to reduce that to 15 (1.5sec * 10 samples per sec) and it still looks good. Is there a reason for 90? #UE5
