Donald Trump INDICTED!

Unlawfully attacking a foreign sovereign nation and then announcing that you will "run" that country is the stuff of impeachment.

I was in court yesterday sitting behind Trump. This is what I saw:

I almost hope Judge Aileen Cannon grants Trump's frivolous motion to dismiss his Florida case. If she does, Jack Smith will undoubtedly appeal, will win the appeal, &amp; hopefully that will give him everything he needs to file the long-overdue motion to remove Cannon from the case.

House Speaker MAGA Mike Johnson stood outside a New York courtroom and sent an unmistakable signal to the American people: the Republican Party is now the pro-crime party.

Jack Smith literally and figuratively lays down the law. The disqualification bucket runneth over, and it’s time for a motion to remove Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon from presiding over a case involving a defendant to whom she owes her job:

So let’s get this straight - in an Oval Office meeting there was an agreement to (unlawfully) seize state voting machines. Then someone drafted a presidential order directing the Secretary of Defense to seize the voting machines (= an overt act). So … conspiracy complete.

When Trump violates the gag order in his Georgia RICO case, he may just find his pre-trial release revoked. Because, as far as I can tell, DA Fani Willis doesn’t seem to own a pair of kid gloves. And that’s a good thing. Because #JusticeMatters

There he goes again. Defendant Trump endangers entire populations w/his false statements, w/his reckless, violence-inducing rhetoric. His election lies were intended to (and in fact did) fuel the Jan. 6 Capitol attack. And he's at it again. When is enough ENOUGH? DOJ, you up?

The federal law requires a judge to recuse/remove herself from a case in which her “impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” (28 USC 455). Time to remove Judge Aileen Cannon &amp; replace her with a fair, impartial, independent judge. Because #JusticeMatters

DA Fani Willis has announced that Jim Jordan is “interfering in” &amp; “obstructing” the Georgia RICO prosecution of Donald Trump. Accordingly, evidence of Jordan’s obstruction should be presented to a GA grand jury to assess if there’s probable cause to criminally charge Jordan.

All 9 Supreme Court justices told Trump: no more deportations without due process. But Justice Sotomayor put it most directly:

When you care about something deeply, &amp; you see it going horrifically wrong, exhaustion is inevitable. But I've found that the best antidote to exhaustion is engagement, participation, standing up, speaking out, staying strong, rallying, marching, protesting. Engaging.

It’s great that Trump is pending trial in 4 separate cases. The evidence is strong in each case &amp; he WILL be convicted - several times over. But given Trump’s continued speech inciting his supporters to violence, it’s time to revoke his pretrial release &amp; protect the community.
