My opinion, “Knob to the ball” is one of the worst cues you can give a hitter. Not only is it internal but it causes a pushing of the bat. Barrel must jump in front of knob!!!

All hitting coaches have “their thing.” One of my things is that front ankle. When it rolls on its side, the barrel is permitted to be delivered squarely. It’s not a teach but rather a clue. #WeRollAnkles
