If you’re a smaller guard, one-foot finishes let you get the ball off before the help rotates and before the shot blocker has time to load up. Master these 3 finishes, and you’ll score around length more consistently without having to be the most athletic player on the floor. If you’re serious about becoming a more complete scorer, that’s exactly what I built the 30-Day Solo Hooper Blueprint for. Every workout is already planned out for you with ball handling, finishing, shooting, footwork, and game moves—all inside the app. Comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send you the program!🏀🔥

Most players spend 30 days learning new moves. I’d spend 30 days mastering the details that make every move work. That’s where real separation comes from. If you’re serious about becoming a tougher player to guard, that’s exactly why I built the 30-Day Solo Hooper Blueprint. Every workout is designed to build game-ready skills—not just flashy handles.

How Steph Curry trains‼️ Spending hours in the gym just to call yourself a GymRat doesn’t automatically make you better. A focused, high-intensity 45-minute workout beats a 3-hour low-intensity session every time. That’s how guys like Steph Curry separate themselves. If you really want to become elite: •Train with intent •Keep the pace game-speed •Have a clear plan Two locked-in 45-minute workouts in a day > one long unfocused session ✅ Get in. Lock in. Get better. 🔥

Steve Nash advice to undersized guards 🔥 When you’re undersized, skill isn’t optional, it’s the equalizer. You can’t rely on height or raw athleticism to level the playing field. You have to become elite at your craft: knockdown shooting, advanced ball control, and a high basketball IQ that keeps defenders guessing. Unpredictability is your advantage. Change pace. Read help early. See the floor one step ahead. And for small guards, throwing strikes matters. Deliver passes directly into the shooter’s pocket, it raises shooting percentages, builds trust, and turns simple reads into easy assists. If you’re a guard looking to seriously upgrade your skill set, my 30-Day Ball Handling Program is 50% off right now. 🔗

This is what separates average guards from ELITE guards 🔥 Change of pace is the real superpower. It lets you control your defender, control the tempo, and play the game on your terms. Most players let the defense decide how they move, elite guards make the defense react to them

Force yourself to play low 🔥 Slide cones are perfect for teaching game-like movement because they force you to drop your shoulder, change levels, and attack at a tighter angle. If you stay too high, your defender can chest you off. If you get low, you create space, sell the drive, and get by your defender. Save this series and add it to your workouts if you want your handle to actually transfer to the game 💯

Develop this mindset and you’ll tap into greatness.‼️ Game-speed reps. Sweat dripping. Intent behind everything. Set a standard for yourself. Walk into the gym with a plan, what you’re working on, and why you’re working on it. That’s how you separate yourself.
