Decided to take advantage of the holiday and stay home from work. I plan on replacing the transmission cooling lines in the RV and change the oil in the generator and a few other things. Had to delete my last video about outmaneuvering the algorithm because it got flagged. Some of you didn’t even listen to the video and made comments that alerted X. Ok… So anyways I’m down a few pounds this morning because I spent most Sunday sleeping instead of stuffing my face with food. I’ll have to make up for it during the week but I was so tired, think I needed the day to rest.

I’m coming off 9 days vacation with 3.5 of them driving. Not too bad for an uninteresting old man of 55. This will stay up until it’s 🏴‍☠️. Let’s do everything we can to not tip off you know who. Going into the weekend heavier than I’ve been in a few years. Lean bulk is on point. Looking forward to some great workouts this long weekend. As a veteran, Memorial Day is a little more solemn to me. Remember to pay tribute to the brave souls who sacrificed everything, we are forever indebted to them. Heads up, deleted my last video because it got flagged. It’s just so random 🤷🏼‍♂️. Anyway I’ll keep this up unless it’s flagged then it’s coming down.

Yesterday’s video was flagged so it’s coming down. We’ll see what impact that has on this one. Yesterday I laid in bed most of the day and tried to eat more. Over the weekend I’m down 2 pounds which is pretty normal for me. Hopefully this week I can put the weight back on. I don’t want to dirty bulk but I might have to in order to get to the weight I want.

On another note, it’s crazy to me how someone can flip on you in an instant. One day best friends then the next you’re not.
