Tim Burchett Rep. Tim Burchett Press Office I was advised by multiple people to talk to you directly regarding serious crimes within 'The Program'. I have been hesitant as my previous experience with 2 Tennessee Senators was that they were involved with programs stemming from MK-ULTRA, which are intertwined with 'The Program', such as the base conditioning many operational personnel and their families undergo. I am reaching out in good faith publicly to promote awareness and safety... as that is what it's come to. Multiple associates and I have already been retaliated on following talks and sending glimpses to an SSCI advisor (first 2 attachments), Armed Forces Committee staffer (second 2 attachments), and headlining journalists... among others. Everyone is far out of their depth, and, in many cases, compromised. I was torturously brainwashed as a child in MK-ULTRA/MONARCH, and funneled into 'The Program'. I became self-aware when briefed by disillusioned parties involved and was set up to whistleblow on the atrocities and corruption within. I secured evidence in early '08, barely surviving a 'Boston Brakes' event amidst exfiltration. I was soon 'burned' in my capacity as a NOC, and arrested in the late Senator (TN-D) Douglas Henry's daughters car. I was deeply tied in with local corrupt elements within TBI, TN Sheriff's Association, and the Williamson Co. Sheriff's (then Headley, who had a major scandal) Office, as well as a myriad of alphabet agency personnel -- who I worked with as I was stationed at a blacksite/airstrip on the border of Spring Hill and Columbia, TN, which was setup in the early 80's by the 160th under the direction of the Oliver North Crew/NSC. This ties in with many things under the UAP technology and tradecraft umbrella. The dirty work, coverups, funding through drug, weapon, and human trafficking. Land grabs feigning eminent domain, funneled to strategically named LLCs. Many DOMESTIC/CONUS assassinations being carried out that were under the command of CHENEY and MCCHRYSTAL at the time. Information about Cheney's VP 'exemption' of transparency/oversight has been openly addressed, as has McChrystal's involvement bridging CIA/JSOC and running unaccountable kill teams, using psyops to get sign-offs from the limited 'oversight' he did run into. I was 'legitimately' jailed for 7 months due to being 'burned' for my NOC activities after the initial incident, but when refusing to 'play ball' and pushing back more, there was then a 'clerical error' which led to me being falsely imprisoned for approximately 2 more years. Once I was released, TBI corrected my record, and I went fully public in 2013-4... leading to further retaliation, including of my then girlfriend being tortured with memory dissolution apparatus in a process known as EDOM. This led to her hospitalization with encephalitis and long-term brain damage. Since then, I have been working in the background and building a database from evidence and blindly corroborating testimony of defectors, survivors, etc. This was built on the work of Valerie Wolf, which was disclosed at the 1995 Advisory Committee for Human Radiation Experimentation. We have many men ready to come forward, granted there is a conducive channel to do so properly... but what's going on right now is simply a bad joke. In addition, there are underlying mechanisms that render even the best meaning individuals compromised that must be addressed openly to neutralize, or we will forever face an uphill battle with tainted information. It is very hard to consolidate the information in a digestible package while conveying the importance, but let me try to be as clear as possible concerning the looming threat that brings me to give this publish push right NOW: At (Edward) Hunter Field, the emergency information is that we would train assets from all walks of life who were already pre conditioned in 'behavioral modification' programs... meaning they were literally 'mind controlled MK-ULTRA/manchurian candidate' type sleeper assets... and we were setting up a domestic 'Operation GLADIO' stay-behind multi sleeper-cell situation. This, unfortunately, has been largely successful and was carried out nationwide. Remember, the people who were originally responsible for setting up the Hunter Field/Ring Farm and nearby sites (scandalous Oliver North Crew/NSC) were also known to have set up Continuity of Government (COG), establishing FEMA with all the controversy, including using 12x the disaster relief funding for covert operations, and running the infamous Rex 84B ~ a formerly classified scenario/drill to detain large numbers of United States residents deemed to be "national security threats" in the event that the president declared a National Emergency. That is especially concerning now ~ regarding what's currently deemed a national security threat! It's not just assets in these sleeper cells, though - if you recall me mentioning non combat related specialized skills - know that there are assets under this same kind of 'MK-ULTRA derived behavioural modification ~ mind control' in many places. It's not just blackmail that controls Politics and Media! These assets - even if unwitting - are effectively controlled opposition. These people may seem like they are acting in good faith, but if they have been brainwashed and conditioned to have their strings pulled... it is simply an issue that HAS to be addressed in order to push through the gatekeeping limited hangout blockade.

THE MISSING/MANDATORY ELEMENT TO DISCLOSURE January 5th 1994 - the Deputy Secretary of Defense (DEPSECDEF) significantly enhanced changes in the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) management and control structures January 15th 1994 - The Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments was established to investigate questions of the record of the United States government with respect to human radiation experiments by President Bill Clinton in Executive Order 12891 March 15th 1995 - The ACHRE hearings disclosed the same symptoms from radiation tests in subjects across the nation, who also blindly corroborated doctors, locations, and program names. Nowadays, we code these symptoms under ICD-10 and associate them with AHI/Havana Syndrome. The damage can be caused by frequency weaponry, but also by proximity to advanced craft and various technology One more very important issue came up at these hearings which had helped keep involved subjects silent. MKULTRA mind control on children with followup techniques into adulthood was exposed! Operational Personnel (and often their families) in 'The Programme' go through MKULTRA research derived Behavioral Modification Conditioning as children. This is to keep everyone silent, compliant, and if push comes to shove, completely controlled. In addition, certain personnel go through Enhanced Development Conditioning to build the special talents and skills which utilize structured dissociation, trance states, etc. This IS the underlying dirty secret, and many 'headliners' on the scene are STILL under control, completely unaware. This conditioning is STANDARD for operational personnel ... so when you hear Elizondo and Nolan speaking about their experiences... but not addressing simulated experiences which are STANDARD at their level... it's beyond a red flag. I'm not saying genuine experiences don't happen... I'm saying that if someone isn't addressing the simulated abductions, puharich and persingers research, and addressing the nuanced situation in a balanced manner, as well as the crimes against children that are associated with it... they are simply compromised. Regarding that "blacksite/airstrip on the border of Spring Hill and Columbia, TN, which was set up in the early 80's by the 160th under the direction of the Oliver North Crew/NSC." Without risking additional men, here is someone confirming who's already went public confirming the location ~ (Ed) Hunter Field. Dios Gene 'Chip' Tatum. He is known for being an ARMY 160th (then task force 160) pilot involved with Iran Contra cocaine smuggling. As a dual/deep cover CIA agent, he was attached to the White House on 'special duty' assignments working under OSG (operational sub group linking ARMY/DIA/CIA/NSC etc) and directly for BUSH... he was set up to be burned like so many, but played it smart. He still paid dearly, and is living life down South nowadays. We have to leverage public awareness to create a conducive situation for men to come forward. We've tried proper channels and paid every time for so long, it's came to this. At the 1995 President's Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, testimony was presented regarding child victims of MK-ULTRA mind control R&D that was blindly corroborated from all across the nation. A blanket presidential apology was made - but the project never ended. Now 30 years later in 2025, the MK-ULTRA R&D derived mind control programs are fully operational and ongoing. We can not only prove this, but have an actionable solution to stop this! How? - organizesafety and nationwide survivor-whistleblower groups now have more blindly corroborating information and supporting evidence than ever... ready to present - including actionable specifics - but we need public attention as leverage in demanding bureaucrats to hold hearings, and for law enforcement to become more proactively involved. We also need the public to educate themselves and help reduce the stigma around this, to request journalists to report, and to help pave a conducive path that's safe and effective for those coming forward to present. In the attached video clip, Victor Marx Victor Marx gives testimony on The Shawn Ryan Show of coming from generational trauma and being put through textbook trauma that matched MK-ULTRA/BLUEBIRD manchurian candidate type programming when he was young... stating that his stepfather who was Army Counterintelligence who put him through it was trained in BLUEBIRD¹... but goes on to say that he isn't claiming to have been in the program, and doesn't mention deprogramming. This unfortunately signals that Victor Marx has an extremely high likelihood of being a current /operational programmed asset with control mechanisms still attached and in place. This makes more sense when you know of the globalist agenda and command and control structure of manchurian candidate type assets, and look into Marx's documented ties to Israeli intelligence infrastructure. Marx claims he went to Israel to help traumatized children — but a mountain of evidence tells a very different story. 50,000 guns, IDF training, and a secret government geofencing campaign targeting American churches raise serious questions about who Victor Marx is actually working for... or who controls him. I pulled out of a Shaun Attwood interview recently due to the way he was handling survivors behind the scenes, his friendly involvement with the Tate Brothers and their Associates, and others he has promoted who have been involved with abuse or actions against survivors. Next thing I know: Shaun Attwood interviews but does not press or challenge Alan Dershowitz at any point on activities against survivors' interests, only asking neutral viewer questions. The tone remains cordial and deferential... Attwood mainly facilitates and thanks Dershowitz "All of his links are in the description if you want to support his important work" Attwood does not: - Question the 2008 non-prosecution agreement's impact on victims (e.g., how it sidelined them under the Crime Victims' Rights Act). - Press on Dershowitz's history of discrediting accusers or helping secure immunity for unnamed co-conspirators. - Challenge minimization of survivor claims or calls to prosecute "liars." - Raise any of the adversarial points common in survivor-focused interviews on his channel. To me, this is disgusting from a so called advocate and in reality, Attwood is profiting from survivors while mishandling them and even promoting people who work against their best interests. In it for the wrong reasons. Just like I told him directly! We have to do better!

In 2008, shortly after being stair stepped into a clandestine program as a deniable NOC operating domestically, I was further read in on apsects of what I was involved with and due to conflicting compartmentalization and other factors involving double agents and questionable tasking... I discovered that I had been horribly brainwashed starting as a child, and was being used by a criminal enterprise. Let me be clear, I was not only being used for corrupt 'favors' but being ordered to neutralize American citizens for the sole purpose of covering up corruption of a group who was using national security and related technology tradecraft to further their criminal agenda. The same organization that ran PAPERCLIP/MKULTRA, the same one that ran IRAN CONTRA with the smuggling, and the same one overseeing the current UAP fiasco. They have modeled many themed methods of brainwashing according to archetype/psyche in order to ensure their assets would continuously eliminate any targets without becoming disillusioned... but also to ensure they retained plausible deniability. One such model of brainwashing had the theme of grey aliens from the future liasoning and interfacing with certain people with orders to neutralize anyone that negatively affected the timeline. Not everyone's experience in the program is this extreme, these things happen on a spectrum... but this theme does overlap with other areas even going into social/media misinformation/disinformation agents. Most unwitting.
