An innocent New York man still remains behind bars. His crime? Assembling firearms in his own home. Not murder. Not trafficking. A simple hobby put this man behind bars for 10 years. His name is Dexter Taylor. During his trial, Judge Abena Darkeh proudly stated: “Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue Second Amendment. The “Takings Clause” of the 5th Amendment has been the last line gun-grabbers have refused to cross.
