POV: My roofer just called to inform me that some omo onile in Ibadan stopped them from working and demanded ₦50,000. I told him that we only agreed to pay ₦10,000, and that the property owner should handle any additional payment if necessary. So, omo onile issues still happen in Ibadan too? Something terrible happened to my brother-in-law today 💔 He’s the one in this video. He lost all the catfish in his farm in Ijebu Ode. They were fully matured and ready for sale—his buyer had promised to come right after Ramadan. Since morning, he hasn’t been himself… it’s truly heartbreaking. Alhamdulillahi, Allah knows best 🤲

This is one of the challenges many contractors and property owners face during construction projects. Alhaji Azeez Arisekola Alao Compound decaying. How will KSA feel now ⁉️. They were too close. The first son of Arisekola now has a house in Kolapo Isola GRA instead of occupying here. He is even London based. Please my FB friends around the compound, give us an update on the State of the Compound now ‼️ In the WILL, the first child, his daughter was to turn the compound into an International Secondary School with yearly 500 scholarships given to best Ibadan Primary School indigenous pupils.‼️ UPDATE From my inbox: Good morning sir On ARISEKOLA's compound It's even worse than this video now . He also said he was not interested in buying ROLLS ROYCE etc. EVEN A MERE DUPLEX WOULD BECOME UN ATTRACTIVE AS YOU GROW OLDER. LEARN TO INVEST IN HUMANITY. POV: Nigerian artisans, especially bricklayers, can give you serious headaches on site. 😩 Imagine spending millions on a newly installed stone-coated roof, only for someone to carelessly splash cement all over it. One of the biggest challenges on construction sites is getting different artisans to respect each other's work. A little care and professionalism can save property owners from unnecessary damage, extra costs, and avoidable repairs. Builders and site supervisors, please keep an eye on your artisans. Not every damage is caused by bad materials—sometimes it's pure carelessness on site. 🚧🏠
