What would’ve happened if this wasn’t some high-tech volvo bus and just a normal roadways bus instead??and why do we in india just leave broken vehicles sitting in the middle of the road with like 2 branches and a couple stones as “warning” and zero actual arrangements?

The whole trend of trying to stand out on social media and getting that perfect aesthetic shot has once again ended in a tragedy 26 year old Pooja Sahni from Punjab reportedly fell nearly 400 metres into a gorge on the Tungnath trek while trying to take a selfie , just look at this point zero chances of survival !

Horrific… this is exactly why it’s said to drive slow in the hills, because one small mistake can turn into something devastating in seconds. A car fell into a deep gorge, and 2 lives were lost. Wish there were barriers, maybe those lives could have been saved. 📍 Chintapurni Himachal.

Goosebumps guaranteed! At Hanuman Mandir in Kullu, the priest stands firm inside the temple while the Beas rages right next to it. Moments like these remind us that nature itself is the truest form of God.

Every devotee deserves a proper and dignified darshan. How can some be treated as VIPs in God’s temple while the rest struggle like this. Many temples in India have well managed systems for smooth darshan. Such systems should be implemented across the country. Most importantly, VIP darshan culture needs to be ended immediately. Faith must be equal for all.

This simplest animation explains what a GLOF is and how it can trigger devastating floods in minutes. From yesterday’s Nepal flood to Dharali UK last year across the Himalayas, better monitoring of glacial lakes and timely early warnings could have prevented many deaths.#Nepal

Arshdeep Singh with Samreen Kaur on the streets of Dharamshala . Only in Himachal you’ll see cricketers walking around so freely without much security or chaos! Still feels a bit risky though. Wonder what the usual protocol is for players in such situations?

Man stepped out to check what that noise outside was, not even realizing a leopard was right there until it suddenly jumped in front of him Luckily, it left without attacking. This is from Himachal, b human–leopard encounters across the Himalayan states have increased hundredfold.

Nothing could have withstood these waters. Nepal is facing a massive flash flood in Rasuwa, with at least 10+ deaths reported and many still missing.HP and UK saw this kind of devastation last year, and now Nepal. Honestly, makes me remember the Dharali floods. #Nepal

Still don’t get how people trust adventure sports in India. Another life lost in Indrunag Dharamshala — 25 year old Satish from Gujarat. Just months ago a 19 year old girl lost her life at the same spot. The site was closed till September, but flights were still taking place.

A video went viral of an EV stuck on the Manali Leh road. People thought it broke down and started blaming Indian car brands. Truth is the car was fine, it just ran out of charge and there was no charging point nearby. Even a Tesla would be useless there. Who takes an EV on a route where even petrol pumps are hard to find?

Temple near your house carries the same blessings and God’s presence as anywhere else. Better to avoid going to temples where there’s an uncontrollable rush and devotees are treated like this.

Life warned them, even law tried to save them… Just hours before the accident, this same Swift Dzire was challaned for overspeeding by Himachal Police. The Punjab registered taxi had been bought only a few months ago. But two things first, tyre pressure should be specially monitored during summer, and secondly, always drive slow in hills. Hope they had taken the challan as a warning and slowed down.

Tata Sierra had an accident with an Audi Q3 and the difference is shocking. The Sierra barely seems to have any major damage while the Audi took a much bigger hit. For years there’s been an effort to undermine Indian car brands, but they’re proving themselves now. Indian cars are getting seriously good in terms of safety and build quality 📍Kullu

These visuals from the floods in Rasuwa, Nepal are absolutely horrific. The scale of the destruction looks unreal, almost like a scene from a disaster movie. The entire Himalayan belt needs to seriously work on better early warning systems for such flash floods. Prayers for everyone affected. 🙏

Horrific moments caught on camera. Within seconds, falling boulders from the mountains came crashing down, claiming 13 innocent lives.Just seconds earlier, other vehicles had passed safely, yet the boulders struck that one specific vehicle ,death is truly something destined. When it’s your time, it can come in the blink of an eye.

The closest footage of the Nepal floods. 💔 Looking at that Himalayan tsunami, it feels like there was almost zero chance the person behind the camera, or anyone there, could have survived. If you’ve seen 2012, this feels exactly like that movie. Except this is real. #Nepal

What in the name of protest is this? Burning and destroying your own college over rumours and unverified claims? Is this really what Gen Z is about now?And the timing is honestly disturbing. First Chitkara, and the very next day LPU.Two major universities, two days, and the same kind of chaos. Something feels seriously off.

Never knew black films were allowed, especially on vehicles of those meant to protect the law. Violation is a violation, no matter who does it. Uttarakhand Police

The B-2 bomber just flew into Iran, struck 3 nuclear sites, and returned — without even being detected. With 44 hours of continuous flight, 18,000+ km range (with refueling), and a $2.1 billion cost, feels like alien stuff from Area 51 . #Iran | #WorldWar3 | #Trump |

Leave political ideologies aside for a moment you’ve got to appreciate how Modiji and BJP prepare themselves completely for every election. Punjab isn’t easy, but he’s still giving it his all but that accent 😭is literally every non-Punjabi guy after entering Chd in the first few days.

You never know what someone might be going through before taking a step like this. She smiled, waved her hand and then jumped. Video from Doda, J&K.Saw something similar from the UK too, where someone stood in the rain for a while before jumping.Mental health is one of the biggest issues out there, yet we barely talk about it.

Throws a vodka bottle straight onto a running road and then says, I thought the road was empty.Even if it was, does that mean glass can’t hurt anyone? One biker at the wrong moment and this could’ve turned fatal. This littering mentality is beyond disgusting now. Action should be taken !

I always get negative comments for being a supporter of her, but I know a fierce leader like Kangana Ranaut can actually get the bureaucracy in line in Himachal Pradesh. Every local knows how bureaucrats ignore people’s work. Happy to see her taking them to task at the DISHA meeting in Mandi today. That’s how you get things done.
