🚨🚨🚨 David Sacks nails it. We already have laws that apply to super intelligence: laws covering cyberattacks, privacy violations, fraud, and product liability laws, among others. Even Biden's former FTC chair agrees. And now thanks to President Trump's Accord on Super Intelligence, these companies are committed to greater transparency and auditing. The full interview is a must-watch. WATCH:

Vice President JD Vance is exactly right. Data centers: - Create tons of jobs - Are "the gasoline of the technology revolution" that America needs to win - Should work with local communities to ensure everybody benefits--and President Trump's Ratepayer Protection Pledge ensures they will

President Trump is right about data centers: "If you pick the right location, what it means for a community is jobs and lots of money and lower taxes. The data centers now are mandated by me that they build their own electricity, so they're not taking it from the grid."

WATCH: David Sacks has one simple question for Dario Amodei: “If you think frontier AI is gonna end humanity,” why are you running a frontier AI company? “If you don’t think you can [make it safe], you should probably either shut down the company or step aside and let someone else lead it.”

🇺🇸 “From ghost town to boom town.” Data centers are bringing small American towns roaring back. In Quincy, Washington, one local electrical contractor went from 3 employees to 220. The population is up more than 60%. The poverty rate fell from nearly 21% to 6%.

PRESIDENT TRUMP: "We’re the most sophisticated country in the world and frankly I want to keep it that way because whoever wins AI, wins. And we could put up guardrails, but I think you have a lot of negative forces that are bringing it up, that shouldn’t be bringing it up and they’re bringing up things that won’t happen." But whoever wins with AI, wins." Exactly right.

🔥🔥🔥 David Sacks: "They live in a fantasy world where they think they're going to get an international agreement with China. If you listen to this doomer op that's happening right now, Jacob Coxon, who just left Anthropic, he's calling for an immediate pause, but that that pause needs to be internationally enforced and we need to agree with China--obviously they're not going to agree to that."

Innovation Council President Taylor Budowich lays out how to deal with concerns about data centers. Start by listening to people’s concerns—and take them seriously. Good policy is good politics. And good policy is: not a single shovel should go in the ground, and not a single slab of concrete should be laid for a data center that drains the surrounding community. The only data centers that should be built are the ones that power the community. Then tell the story. Many data centers, especially in red states are doing just that--often in towns that have been abandoned by politicians for decades. From today's Innovation Council event with Breitbart News, moderated by Matthew Boyle:

This is exactly right from David Sacks interview with Bret Baier: "One of the things that Jacob and others have claimed is we can reach a deal with China, and that if we pause, they will pause. And there is simply no basis for believing that. Chinese officials have never said that and, in fact, if you look at the statements of Chinese officials and their AI companies, they believe that AI is something that's very good for their economy and they are interested in moving that forward...if we do try to pause or stop our AI development, we will play into China’s hands."

AI is saving lives, making Americans healthier, and lowering costs! This new technological frontier is rewriting the rules of what’s possible, diagnosing faster, predicting risks, and discovering cures in seconds that used to take decades. Congress needs to PASS President Trump’s AI framework, protect innovation, and ensure AI can continue to save lives!

🚨 Exactly right: "The question I have for Bill [Gates] is, how are you going to stop Chinese models from developing these capabilities? We don’t have jurisdiction over them. He’s acting like the U.S. government can just magically make this problem go away by simply banning the capabilities. We can’t. There’s only one answer to AI-powered cyberattacks and that’s AI-powered cyberdefense." - David Sacks WATCH:

🔥🔥🔥 David Sacks: "I think it’s very important that we don’t use language that deflects responsibility and accountability away from the corporations that are developing these products. Again, when you speak about the agents as if they have their own mind, it sounds like it’s not the company’s responsibility. And it is. It very much is."
