Any game that lets you have a free cam - looks exactly the same. Even GTA 🥹 People just don’t know how video games work. If everything was high quality all the way to the edge of the world, your game would lag like hell.

For those who didn’t know, when The Sims 4 launched in 2014, you could hear things going on inside your neighbours houses. You could hear Sims playing music, watching TV, talking, microwaving food, cleaning etc. This was removed with the Outdoor Retreat patch.

Yeah, I’m gonna need The Sims Direct Communications to fix this build mode lag with Residential Rentals, this is a default EA lot with minimal furnishing and it’s lagging badly. I’m aware you can change it to Resi first, but if you’re playing in-game with multiple residents, not an option.

This is something I’ve been saying for a while. Not even for just grunge and stuff but for “decals”, we desperately need it all moved to “Misc” or a new section for Decals Because it’s becoming really frustrating to find nice pictures for our homes amongst all the decal items 🫠
