Uncovering the Truth Behind Eastern DRC’s Crisis with Bojana Coulibaly, Ph.D.. 🔴 In this insightful interview, Bojana Coulibaly sheds light on the true origins of #M23, arguing that it was not born in a vacuum, but as a result of unchecked anti-Tutsi genocide ideology and the DRC’s failure to protect its people from violent and destructive militias. 💥 The genocidaires, who fled to Zaire after committing the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, brought weapons and propagated the Bantu vs. Nilotic ideology—leading to the mass killing of Tutsi and Banyamulenge communities. ❌ The focus on M23 obscures the bigger picture—the hundreds of negative forces operating in DRC with total impunity and the long-standing governance failures that allowed these groups to thrive. 🔻 MONUSCO, instead of fulfilling its mission to protect civilians and bring peace, has fallen short, doing the very opposite.

Pero Luwara salue la promptitude avec laquelle le #Rwanda a rompu ses relations diplomatiques avec la #Belgique, dénonçant ainsi l’instrumentalisation de l’Union européenne par #Bruxelles contre #Kigali. Par son leadership visionnaire, le Rwanda s’affirme sur la scène internationale. Une dynamique qui contraste avec la République démocratique du Congo, livrée à une gouvernance vacillante, où le gouvernement peine à saisir les fondements mêmes de la gestion d’un État. Si la RD #Congo était guidée par des esprits aussi éclairés et résolus que Pero Luwara, cette guerre n’aurait sans doute jamais vu le jour, et le pays se serait hissé au rang des nations respectées. Hélas, il demeure cet « éléphant sans vie », selon l’expression de certains analystes géopolitiques : une terre immense, regorgeant de richesses, mais privée d’influence et de prestige. Engluée dans un désordre perpétuel, elle semble s’abandonner à une médiocrité institutionnalisée. Le pays de Patrice Lumumba, jadis symbole de lutte et de dignité, est devenu la risée du continent, trahi par ses propres dirigeants. À sa tête, des hommes qui s’illusionnent encore, croyant que la même Belgique qui a assassiné leur héros national pourrait aujourd’hui se soucier de son bien-être. She reminded him: Rwanda doesn’t just sing and cook. We stand tall with peace, world-class security, empowered youth and women, and global recognition for professionalism in hosting major international events. Meanwhile, Congo stays in headlines for all the wrong reasons: war, chaos, and a defense force that kills its own people while shifting blame onto others. Rwandan youth, let’s follow in Mutesi’s footsteps. When our country is unfairly targeted or blamed, especially on platforms with global reach, let’s stand up proudly and speak the truth.

It is the result of a government telling its own citizens they don’t belong in their own country, then covers its ears.
