I’ve fallen in love with golf, and the season is getting ready to get reved up again. One thing I have struggled with is my weak ankles. Years of NfL games have destroyed my ankles, I don’t know that I’m cut out for just golf shoes. I think I need golf BOOTS!

Obviously dunking was the goal, but the thing I really enjoyed about the challenge, was the dedicated work and training to improve. I miss training and striving to be better than the week before, I miss practice, it was awesome putting this work in and going from jumping and touch 10’4” and in less than 30 days increasing that 4 and 1/2 inches and touching 10’8.5”. New Heights achieved. jackass

I love that the problem everyone has with the tush push this week, has absolutely nothing to do with the actually pushing portion. Like banning the tush push doesn’t even stop what they have an issue with from the play this last week. The Eagles still could have done exactly what they did last week with it being a regular QB sneak. Officials being more stringent on players aligning in the neutral zone and false starts is the only way to stop what everyone has an issue with. And I get it, there were at last a couple from the game that were too early, and should be called false starts. It is an extremely hard thing to officiate, and good players on both sides of the ball jump the snap and use the neutral zone to their advantage on multiple downs and plays throughout the game. Getting rid of the tush push will not stop the issue everyone is riled up about.

Got the chance to experience Bobsledding for the first time this past winter. Went up to Salt Lake City to Team USA Bobsled headquarters, and got hands on to see if I have what it takes to sled the bobs. All of these things helped improve my vertical jump over 4 inches in less than 30 days in an effort to dunk the basketball for the first time in my life. Holy shit, life is exhilarating. Well the American Century Championship did not disappoint this last week. I may have finished near dead last, but the times that were had were worth it! It is such a wonderful event, in part because of the people that run it, the volunteers that work it, and the money it raises; but also a wonderful event because of the fans and people that attend it! You all make it what it is, sorry to the woman I hit in the foot, and thank you to all that attended!
