🎸 The Hard Rock Guitar Hotel Update: it is already changing the Las Vegas Strip and it hasn’t even opened yet. Every week this thing looks more ridiculous in the best possible way. My prediction: once it lights up, this becomes one of the most photographed buildings in Vegas. Hot take: the Guitar Hotel could become more iconic than the Mirage volcano ever was. Agree or absolutely not? 👇🔥 #LasVegas #Vegas #HardRockLasVegas

🚨 CHECK THIS OUT — this is happening all over Las Vegas. Flock cameras automatically read license plates as cars drive past. Clark County reportedly has at least 200 of them, and Nevada still has no statewide law specifically regulating their use. Here’s where it gets interesting: ✅ Police can use them to find stolen cars, wanted suspects and potentially solve serious crimes faster. BUT… 👀 They also create a searchable record showing when and where a vehicle was seen. Flock says its standard retention period is 30 days. I’m not against catching criminals. Not even close. But Las Vegas is supposed to be a city where people come to feel FREE — and I think residents deserve very clear rules about how much of our everyday movement government can track. So where do YOU draw the line? Do Flock cameras make Las Vegas safer… or are we quietly building a surveillance network that has gone too far? 👇 I genuinely want to hear both sides.

🚨 OK… TONIGHT, VEGAS WAS DEAD. 💀 I’ve spent months pushing back on the “Vegas is dead” narrative, but I call it like I see it. 3AM Wednesday morning: 🌮 Tacos El Gordo — EMPTY 🎰 Las Vegas Blvd — EMPTY 🎲 The STRAT — practically EMPTY 🍺 Even PT’s inside The STRAT was dark (local PT’s are 24/7) And before somebody says, “Dude…it’s 3AM on a Wednesday”… Wasn’t that supposed to be the whole damn point of LAS VEGAS? 😂 There was a time when 3AM didn’t matter. Food, gambling, bars, people — Vegas just kept going. So maybe the bigger question is: What happened to 24-HOUR VEGAS? Or did an entire generation somehow grow up, become responsible adults… and raise even MORE responsible kids who all go to bed at a reasonable hour? 😂 Tonight Vegas was dead. No spin from me. Old-school Vegas people — what changed? 👇 #LasVegas #Vegas #LasVegasStrip

🚨 LAS VEGAS IS DEAD! At least that’s what X keeps telling me. 😂 Apparently Hell’s Kitchen taking walk-ins in AUGUST is now the official measurement of the Las Vegas economy. So tonight — Saturday night — we tried another reality check. We were going to pull into a casino. Couldn’t. The Strip was so jammed with cars, casino entrances and parking garages that we finally said screw it… pl And before somebody says it: No, one packed Saturday night doesn’t mean Vegas has no problems. Prices are too high. Some places ARE slower. Tourism is changing. But come on… If one open table at Hell’s Kitchen proves Vegas is dead, what does bumper-to-bumper traffic on the Strip prove? 😂 Maybe — wild theory here — Las Vegas isn’t dead. Maybe people just discovered that “VEGAS IS DEAD” gets more clicks than “Vegas is changing.” Watch the drive and decide for yourself. 👇 DEAD, SLOWER, or STILL PACKED? And please… somebody explain to all these cars that they apparently came to a dead city.

Thursday Night Las Vegas Strip Vegas isn’t dead. Vegas reset. Those $13 candy bars and $26 bottles of water weren’t a mistake — they were a signal. After COVID, the Strip started attracting anyone looking for a cheap vacation. It got flooded with the “cruise-ship crowd” — people complaining about drink prices, gift shop prices, everything. So Vegas reset the market. Over the last few years the Strip basically cleared out the Griswolds — the $19 room, buffet coupon, candy-bar complainers. Now the model is different: Fewer tourists. Higher spenders. The guests coming now aren’t looking for the cheapest vacation — they’re here to spend and play. And if you drive the Strip tonight, it definitely doesn’t look dead.

🚨 JUST SPOTTED — AND $5 MILLION IS BASICALLY THE STARTING PRICE. 😳 Turns out this is the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas in MacDonald Highlands — just 171 ultra-luxury residences, with some homes and penthouses reaching well into the tens of millions. This is the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas inside MacDonald Highlands — and apparently there isn’t much inventory left. They’re now advertising residences starting around $5 million, while the penthouse currently on the MLS is asking $35 MILLION for 8,403 sq. ft. The project says it’s already about 85% sold. 👀 And there’s NO Four Seasons hotel attached — these are 171 private residences with Four Seasons managing the property and services. I actually spoke briefly with a carpenter working on the site today. I wasn’t planning on filming this project, just checking out what I’d been seeing from the freeway. But WOW. If there’s enough interest, we’ll head back over and do a full video on what they’re building up there. Would you guys want to see it? 👀🏗️ #Henderson #LasVegas #SouthernNevada #FourSeasons #MacDonaldHighlands #VegasDevelopment #vegas

Sure… Vegas is “dead.” Meanwhile, inside the Bellagio Conservatory — packed every day. Here’s the reality people don’t want to admit: Vegas didn’t die… it filtered. Post-Covid, they let anyone in just to survive. Cheap rooms, chaos, TikTok fights, people crying about $20 water in the desert. Now? That era’s over. Prices went up. Vibe cleaned up. And the people who can actually afford to be here showed back up. If you think Vegas is dead… you’re probably just not the target customer anymore. And judging by the crowds — they’re perfectly fine with that.

I keep hearing that the locals casinos are outperforming some of casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. So I stopped by South Point today around 11:45 a.m. on a Monday to see for myself. By the time I finished my walkthrough at 12:05 p.m., the Garden Buffet already had a line, the casino floor was getting noticeably busier, the table games were filling up, and the restaurants were humming. Maybe I’ve got an idea for the big boys on the Strip… Bring back more affordable buffets. Feed people first. They stay longer. They grab a drink, wander onto the casino floor, sit down at a blackjack table, and before you know it they’re spending the afternoon. Sometimes customer acquisition isn’t another celebrity chef. Sometimes it’s a great buffet at a fair price. South Point seems to understand that. 🎰 #vegas Do you think bringing back affordable buffets would help bring more people back to the Strip, or has Vegas moved on?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton basically turned Las Vegas into date night with two separate residencies at the same time. No Doubt is packing the Sphere while Blake was holding it down at Caesars Palace 🎰 same Strip, same nights, totally different worlds. Blake joked about being double-booked, but honestly, this is the Vegas version of making a marriage work: you do your show, I do mine, we meet after. Honestly… it’s kind of genius. Instead of being apart on tour, they both got to work Vegas together. Gwen at Sphere. Blake at Caesars. No Doubt fans, country fans, Vegas fans — everybody wins. And tonight? The Sphere was PACKED. No Doubt is no nostalgia act. They still move a city. #NoDoubt #GwenStefani #BlakeShelton #SphereVegas #Vegas

118° outside. 7 PM Saturday inside The Venetian & Palazzo. The internet keeps saying Las Vegas is dead. Meanwhile… 🎰 Packed casino floor. 🍸 Busy bars. 🏖️ People walking in straight from the pool. 🤍 Thousands dressed in white for the Backstreet Boys Sphere residency. The heat didn’t stop anyone. It just pushed the party indoors. This is why I always say: don’t judge Las Vegas by headlines—judge it by the casino floor. Vegas is still putting on a show. 🎰🔥 #LasVegas #Venetian #Palazzo #Sphere #BackstreetBoys #VegasIsAlive

IS LAS VEGAS TRYING TO BECOME AN ADULT CITY AGAIN? 🎰🔞 I noticed something interesting at Excalibur this morning: the 21+ signs around the gaming areas seem MUCH more prominent. Vegas spent the ’90s trying to attract families. Excalibur looked like a castle. Treasure Island had pirates. MGM even had a theme park. Now we’re seeing casinos emphasize 21+ areas — and some Vegas properties have gone much further toward adults-only. So what’s the better Vegas? 👨👩👧 Families welcome, casino floors 21+ 🔞 Bring back the adults-first Las Vegas I’m genuinely curious which way people think Vegas should go.

🚨 “VEGAS IS DEAD” — MEANWHILE… 🌴🗿 Someone is spending $1.9 MILLION turning an old boarded-up credit union just off the Las Vegas Strip into this. Meet Grand Tiki Las Vegas. 📍 110 E. Harmon Ave. 🌴 Roughly 7,000 sq. ft. 🍹 Dining + cocktails 🎰 Plans for 15 gaming machines 💰 $1.9M remodel The project is being led by Las Vegas entrepreneur Howard Starr, the man behind Grand Tiki LLC. (Las Vegas Review-Journal) And judging by what I saw today, they’re getting pretty far along — the signs are up, the tiki exterior is taking shape, and the giant Moai are already standing guard out front. So while the internet keeps declaring “Vegas is dead,” people are still putting millions of dollars into brand-new concepts around the Strip. Vegas isn’t dead. It’s changing. 👀 Would you try Grand Tiki when it opens? #LasVegas #Vegas #GrandTiki

We drove out to Lake Las Vegas for one reason: I wanted to see what all this growth actually looks like for myself. And wow… there is WAY more happening out there than I expected. New construction, luxury homes, condos, golf courses, Hilton and Westin resorts, a marina, an Italian-style village — all surrounded by desert mountains with the Strip sitting way off in the distance. Here’s my potentially unpopular opinion: Lake Las Vegas may be closer to the FUTURE of Southern Nevada than the Las Vegas Strip is. People keep asking whether “Vegas is dead” because visitation is soft or a casino floor looks empty. Meanwhile, thousands of people are moving here to actually LIVE — and developments like this are creating an entirely different version of Vegas that has almost nothing to do with gambling. Maybe the biggest Vegas story isn’t what’s happening ON the Strip anymore. Maybe it’s what’s being built around it. Agree or completely disagree? 👇 #LasVegas #LakeLasVegas #Henderson #Vegas

Politics aside… have you ever actually stepped inside Trump International Hotel Las Vegas? 🎰 We drive past it all the time—but walking in? Totally different story. It’s quietly elite. No casino chaos, just pure elegance. The chandeliers, the gold finishes… it feels like a throwback to classic Vegas luxury. ✨ Fun fact: it was actually designed without a casino on purpose—more of a peaceful, high-end escape from the usual Strip noise. Despite what some people assume, it wasn’t about losing a gaming license—it was a deliberate choice to keep the vibe different. Gave me serious old-school Las Vegas Hilton energy—in the best way. Vegas might be evolving, but spots like this still remind you what made it iconic. #Vegas Trump Las Vegas

I may regret posting this… 😅 After years of covering Las Vegas, I finally decided to reveal one of my favorite free parking hacks on the Strip. It’s hiding in plain sight, and if enough people find out, I wouldn’t be shocked if “No Parking” signs suddenly appear. So enjoy it while it lasts. 🎰👇 #LasVegas #Vegas #VegasTips #LasVegasStrip #VegasLocals #TravelHack #FreeParking #JediJoyRichShow

Vegas has a funny way of surprising people. You’d think after a Saturday night on the Strip, Sunday morning would feel rough. But step outside at 9 AM and it’s the opposite. Blue sky, hard desert light, warm sun, and that thin dry air at 2,000+ feet—Vegas feels wide awake in a way that’s hard to explain. People smile with coffee in hand, strolling slowly, already thinking about what’s next. Back home, Sunday mornings can feel heavy. Here, you step outside, hear distant music of David Bowie playing Fame on the Strip, and everything feels lighter—like it’s going to be OK. Maybe it’s the weather. Maybe it’s the altitude. Maybe it’s the energy. Whatever it is, Las Vegas has a way of making you look forward to the next day. Come take a walk with me. #LasVegas #Vegas #Cosmopolitan

Someone told us to stop judging Vegas by the Strip and go check out Red Rock Hotel & Casino—so we brought the whole family. They weren’t kidding. The crowd stretched from the casino entrance, past the sportsbook, through the property and all the way toward the bowling alley. Even Auntie Anne’s was sitting in the middle of the action. Are the locals casinos quietly beating the Strip at its own game? Because Vegas definitely isn’t dead—it may have just moved west. 🎰🥨 What local casino should we check next? #LasVegas #RedRockCasino #TrumpInVegas #VegasLocals #LocalCasinos #VegasIsntDead #VegasNews #JediJoyRichShow
