Louisville Assembly Plant is about to make history. This 3-million-square-foot facility is being completely transformed to build our new midsize electric truck, the Ford Fathom. Crews are installing our new Universal EV Production System, reinventing how we build vehicles from the ground up using the expertise of our team at Ford Motor Company to deliver. We're on track to begin Fathom prototype builds with production qualified parts in Q1 2027. Speed, scale, and manufacturing know-how, that's Ford at its best. See the progress here:

No surprise charging can be a challenge, but still learning a lot seeing firsthand the issues our customers face. This is why we’re working w/ Tesla to provide Ford Motor Company drivers access to +12,000 superchargers & our EV certified dealers are installing fast chargers at their dealerships. Will help us improve the EV experience for our customers.

When we said 'game on' we meant it! Congrats to our Ford Mustang GTD team for setting a new record lap time around the Nürburgring! With the new Mustang GTD Competition, the team shaved more than 11 seconds off our previous lap time - 6:40:835! This lap was driven once again by Ford Racing and Multimatic factory driver Dirk Müller Racing, but Ford Racing engineer Steve Thompson also drove a lap to a time of 6:49.337 around the ring – which faster than Müller’s original record. Congrats to Dirk and Steve for showing just what the Mustang GTD Competition can do! NOTE: The Mustang GTD Competition will be offered in the future as a special edition, street legal model available in strictly limited, serialized quantities.

My fave moment of my time on the road has been experiencing the community of EV drivers at charging stops. I've seen strangers say hello & help someone w/ charging or just talk about their vehicles. Some even give gifts, like Liv Leigh🏴☠️ who gives what she calls "fancy ponies" to her fellow #MustangMachE drivers.

Ford has a long history of supporting the military…and racing, of course, is in our DNA, so it’s exciting to announce a special race happening later this year for Veterans Day. For the first time, Ford Motor Company is partnering with NASCAR for a tribute race honoring all six branches of the U.S. military. Exciting news for truck owners! We're rolling out a Ford Motor Company BlueCruise software update to select model year F-150 Lightning and F-150 vehicles.
