16mm film footage captured from inside the Apollo 17 LM Challenger as it descended to the surface of the Moon 53 years ago on December 11, 1972. You can see the LM's shadow inside the reflected sun glare on the left. (Original video source: NASA, JSC and the Internet Archive)

During assembly at Grumman in Long Island, NY the Apollo LMs would be mounted on a rotating cleaning "tumbler" to spin them so any loose debris would come free and fall out. This video is from film footage taken at the Bethpage facility in May 1969 (playing 4x speed.)

16mm film camera footage showing the descent and landing of the Apollo 11 LM Eagle on July 20, 1969. You can see the boulder field that Neil Armstrong had to avoid by continuing further west, passing over Little West crater and touching down about 60 meters beyond.

16mm film footage captured from the Apollo 17 LM Challenger as it descended to the surface of the Moon in the Taurus-Littrow valley on December 11, 1972. I've rotated it so the view is roughly upright. (Original video source: NASA, JSC and the Internet Archive)

On February 8 NASA JPL's Perseverance rover observed Mars' larger moon Phobos passing in front of the Sun, and captured the event with its Mastcam-Z camera. This movie shows the transit in real time (about 38 seconds) using 57 of those images, aligned, upscaled, and cleaned.

The Apollo 13 LM (yet to be named Aquarius) adorned with "Remove Before Flight" tags during assembly in June 1969 at Grumman's Bethpage facility in Long Island, NY. 16mm film views of ascent and descent stages during inspection with focus on RCS nozzles and aft equipment bay.

Engineers at Grumman's Bethpage facility on Long Island installing the TV camera, hammer, and sampling tools in the Apollo LM's Modularized Equipment Stowage Assembly (MESA) on the descent stage on June 18, 1969. Archive video of 16mm film playing here at 5x speed.

Digitally-stabilized 16mm film footage of astronaut John Young driving the Lunar Roving Vehicle around the Apollo 16 landing site on April 21, 1972. You can see how the LRV's wire-based wheels kick up slow arcs of regolith, demonstrating the effects of a 1/6g vacuum environment.

You have to be a real dunce if you honestly think the Moon landings were faked in a studio 53+ years ago 🤡

How the Lunar Roving Vehicles were deployed from the quadrant 1 bay of the Apollo LMs. This is television camera video from Apollo 15 in July 1971 showing Dave Scott; Jim Irwin off frame (3 separate clips spliced together playing at 5x speed with overlaid audio at normal speed.)

This is the 16mm film footage from the Apollo 15 LM "Falcon" as it descended to the lunar surface near Hadley Rille (visible in the distance) on July 30, 1971. Apollo 15 had the highest landing velocity, and ended up oriented at an 11º angle due to a leg inside a crater.
