Catching up on the disaster of a show Aidan Kearney did last night and while there are several bombastic clips floating around, this subtle absolute nail in the coffin clip isn't getting enough attention. Kearney was attempting to convince his audience that one of the clips used to indict him wherein he is blasting on a megaphone his intent was to influence the jury pool wasn't really that bad and then tells his audience to listen to what proceeds it. This woman is an absolute lunatic and a menace to the justice system. In her sick, twisted mind she truly believes that she is entitled to invade the privacy of American citizens if she has a some wild thought in her demented head that there may be something in their private data she would be able to exploit. "Well I don't know what I don't know." So, everyone must open up all their most personal information so that Karen Read can decide what's beneficial to her even though there is no legal valid reason to allow that type of invasion of privacy. She is dangerous and the attorneys assisting her with her attempted abuse of other people's constitutional rights are not, in any way, shape or form, upholding or protecting the Constitution.

It appears Aaron Rosenberg is using FKR lawtubers for his court arguments. Strange isn't it, how Larry Forman puts out this video a day ago and Rosenberg uses that same exact speculation in his argument? I have to say, if Read is going to use Lawtubers to guide her civil arguments she's f#cked. It's not 2023 anymore, Karen. AIDAN KEARNEY: OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE, WHEN FIRST WE PRACTICE TO DECEIVE Yesterday, Aidan Kearney's attorneys filed a supplemental affidavit in support of their previously filed motions. The affidavit included additional supposed evidence Kearney was "set up" by "government agents", mainly Kate Peter, who conspired with others to use Lindsey Gaetani as a witness in order to have Kearney charged with witness intimidation and jailed. The "evidence" cited had been posted by Gaetani on this platform and included messages from a former girlfriend of Kearney's, Leigha Genduso. Amongst the messages shared was a voice message from Genduso to Gaetani explaining that if Gaetani became a witness, Kearney would no longer be able to threaten her or discuss her publicly. Kearney claims this is proof the dastardly Peter and cohorts plotted to have him charged and jailed by plying Gaetani with false claims Kearney would attack her with revenge porn and embarrassing details from her past to get her to go along with the plan. There's just one problem. The voice message cited by Kearney was left by Genduso was on 12/11/23. This was one day after, on 12/10/2023, Kearney posted a public threat to Gaetani aka Jane on this platform stating he knew she was the owner of the Jane account on Twitter (side note: she was indeed the owner of the Jane account) and that she should "move on" because he would "hate to make this public." Jane, aka Gaetani, he went on "knows what she did" and "what (he) knows about her." So, in reality what had occurred was that through a burner account named "Jane" on Twitter and through Facebook, Gaetani had been reaching out to Peter, Genduso, and others since early November claiming she feared Kearney and stating he had threatened to use her probate documents and revenge porn to retaliate against her. And Kearney, in turn, was very much publicly threatening her, which supported the story she was telling to others. Kearney has claimed he never threatened Gaetani with any type of public shaming however the threat in the below screenshot, proves otherwise. It also proves Gaetani, under Jane, pursued Peter, not the other way around as per her comment to Peter, also in the screenshot. And in regard to the timing, Kearney's own filing also shows the Genduso message was sent on 12/11/2023. I wonder what other truths will come out Bederow Law like the public threat Kearney kept from you. I wonder if there is proof Gaetani deleted the "missing" messages on her extraction. I wonder if there are screenshots that Gaetani sent which show she was framing messages from Kearney as threatening to others. I wonder if Mello told Gaetani not to let Kearney in if he showed up at her house and instead to call the police. I wonder. Because that would certainly blow up the tale your client has told, wouldn't it? Oopsie.

There are times when I still cannot believe this happened. In this country. In this day and age. You went to their homes.... You went to their businesses... You screamed at them at court.... You harassed them.... You tormented their families.... You destroyed their lives..... Over lies from the accused. Karen Read, David Yannetti, Aidan Kearney, Nick Rocco and every other vile human being who participated in this harassment campaign should be held accountable. Every. Single. One.

Not even 5 minutes later, after Karen hands over phones which she had factory reset while preventing the police from entering, she smugly tells the police "Good luck. You'll need it." For those of you who went to bed last night at a reasonable hour two important things happened in the Aidan Kearney/Karen Read saga: 1. For his paying audience, Kearney read what appeared to be an undocketed motion from the plaintiffs in the defamation case. It appeared to be in response to Kearney's Motion for Reconsideration. Kearney also read parts of the supposed Sur Reply drafted by his attorney Jeffrey Pyle and shared parts of his private conversation with Pyle wherein he claims they were "laughing" at the plaintiffs. None of these filings are available yet to the general public. 2. Within the motion, Kearney claims the plaintiffs have subpoenaed former U.S. Attorney Adam Deitch. A clip of what Kearney claims was in the motion about Deitch is below. We will monitor the docket today and see if the filing becomes available.

We played audio of a recording of Jenna Rocco last night during our show. I incorrectly introduced the clip as another audio of Rocco wherein she's speaking about Karen Read's intermediary. The clip we played was actually of Rocco accusing Aidan Kearney of extorting Karen Read and the full audio is below.

We played audio of a recording of Jenna Rocco last night during our show. I incorrectly introduced the clip as another audio of Rocco wherein she's speaking about Karen Read's intermediary. The clip we played was actually of Rocco accusing Aidan Kearney of extorting Karen Read and the full audio is below.

Friendly reminder that the cop Aidan Kearney claimed was "itching to be the hero" was completely impeached on cross. Barros had to admit the taillight was in the EXACT same condition. AIDAN KEARNEY ADMITS HE WAS GIVEN NON PUBLIC DISCOVERY TO HARASS AND LEAK Last night, in what can only be described as yet again another beyond stupid and ill advised choice, Aidan Kearney admitted he was given non public discovery from John O'Keefe's cell phone extraction. In this case, it was a text between Julie Albert and John O'Keefe from 2021 that Karen Read had obtained in discovery from John O'Keefe's cell phone extraction. Kearney went on to use that text to taunt Julie Albert by alluding to what the text said. Later, as he states in the video below, he leaked the contents verbatim. Kearney obtained the non public discovery through his relationship with defendant Karen Read and her legal team, further solidifying the defamation allegations that Read was funneling non public discovery to Kearney. Oopsie!! That's a debilitating to blow to both his and Read's defense in the civil case. It also will not play well for Kearney's existing and/or future criminal charges as it is an admission Read conspired to provide Kearney with embarrassing non public discovery in a murder case for the purposes of harassment of witnesses and their families. Ouch!! Keep talking, my man. Every day you make it easier and easier to convict you.

On July 15th, Martin Radner, also know as "Brother Counsel" posted a pro-Read video. In it, Radner concludes that the "arrogance or entitlement" question posed by Judge Gildea to Damon M. Seligson Esq. during the anti SLAPP hearing regarding Seligson's procedural error should actually be directed back at Judge Gildea. Seligson responded to the video with a "🎯 (in below screenshot) Open criticism of a judge on a social media platform regarding a case you are currently litigating is not only poor form, it shows professional incompetence. Further, Karen Read has a known documented history of leaking non public information in order to sway public opinion in her favor. Judge Gildea proceeding with utmost caution when these type of tactics are being alleged in a case he is presiding over is neither "entitled" nor "arrogant".

From this morning's hearing in the O'Keefe wrongful death case: Aidan Kearney who claimed he had a "family emergency" and could not appear at his previously scheduled deposition is now currently under subpoena to be deposed on 8/17. Attorney Diller shared with the court this morning Kearney is already trying to reschedule. Diller will be filing a motion today and Kearney will be ordered to appear 8/17 or face sanctions. Watch the docket, folks!! Glad to see Aidan Kearney will finally be held to account. His foolishness with the court is OVER.

AIDAN KEARNEY BLATANTLY LIES TO GRETCHEN VOSS Aidan Kearney, in an attempt to avoid liability and public scrutiny, blatantly lied to reporter Gretchen Voss regarding Karen Read's attorneys involvement in his reporting of the federal investigation. In the video on the left, you will see him this morning attempting to perpetuate the lie. In the video to the right, you'll see him explaining the scheme and who was involved. Of note, in reference to the call Kearney had with Read's attorneys on 04/20/2023, through his phone extraction we discovered Kearney may have illegally recorded the 16 minute call and sent that recording to multiple parties stating it was "Karen Read's attorneys". Craig Melvin is stunned by Karen Read's delusions as well as her stupidity. Looks like her attorneys will now need to take a sharpie to that "loss of reputation" claim in every lawsuit she's filed. On June 12, 2026 at approximately 8:00am CST, Aidan Kearney admitted to a private YouTube audience that Karen Read has no proof Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, Colin Albert, and Jen McCabe murdered John O'Keefe. This is problematic for both Kearney and Read as the pair conspired and collaborated together to produce voluminous blogs as well as YouTube content claiming as fact that these witnesses murdered John O'Keefe. Additionally, Kearney sought these people out at their homes, businesses, and children's events intimidating and harassing them, calling them murderers, cop killers, and demanding they "tell the truth." On cue, in the video on the right, the next evening on 06/10/2023, Kearney did a 14 minute segment on the black box and used, almost verbatim Yannetti's assertion about the route, exchanging the word "guessing" for "presumption" and going so far as to say "Lally's got nothing."
