This is a complete and utter lie. There was ZERO animosity between John O'Keefe and ANY person who was there that evening. Not a good idea to make insinuations when your client is in the middle of a massive defamation suit.

More troubling comments from juror #4, Paula Prado. Paula has now boldly implicated Nicole and Brian Albert in John O'Keefe's death. She states they were "directly" involved in the "crime" and it happened in their house. This is alarming for two reasons: 1. There is no evidence anywhere to indicate Nicole and Brian Albert had any involvement in John O'Keefe's death. Zero evidence of this was presented in court and zero evidence of this exists anywhere other than conjecture and rank speculation of conspiracy theorists. This juror is condemning two innocent witnesses after serving on a murder trial where her job was to know what is admissible, what evidence consists of, and weigh it accordingly. 2. There is no evidence John O'Keefe went into the house other than rank speculation and conjecture. Ian Whiffin testified that based on the totality of the data, John stayed near the flagpole all night. There were times when the cell signal weakened and the location circle expanded to include the front of the house but this was low quality, unreliable data. Those are the white circles on the evidence picture given to the jury. It appears they either did not listen to the testimony or improperly interpreted it. John O'Keefe's life mattered. In her sick, twisted mind she truly believes that she is entitled to invade the privacy of American citizens if she has a some wild thought in her demented head that there may be something in their private data she would be able to exploit. AIDAN KEARNEY: OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE, WHEN FIRST WE PRACTICE TO DECEIVE Yesterday, Aidan Kearney's attorneys filed a supplemental affidavit in support of their previously filed motions. The affidavit included additional supposed evidence Kearney was "set up" by "government agents", mainly Kate Peter, who conspired with others to use Lindsey Gaetani as a witness in order to have Kearney charged with witness intimidation and jailed. The "evidence" cited had been posted by Gaetani on this platform and included messages from a former girlfriend of Kearney's, Leigha Genduso. Amongst the messages shared was a voice message from Genduso to Gaetani explaining that if Gaetani became a witness, Kearney would no longer be able to threaten her or discuss her publicly. Kearney claims this is proof the dastardly Peter and cohorts plotted to have him charged and jailed by plying Gaetani with false claims Kearney would attack her with revenge porn and embarrassing details from her past to get her to go along with the plan. There's just one problem. The voice message cited by Kearney was left by Genduso was on 12/11/23. This was one day after, on 12/10/2023, Kearney posted a public threat to Gaetani aka Jane on this platform stating he knew she was the owner of the Jane account on Twitter (side note: she was indeed the owner of the Jane account) and that she should "move on" because he would "hate to make this public." Jane, aka Gaetani, he went on "knows what she did" and "what (he) knows about her." So, in reality what had occurred was that through a burner account named "Jane" on Twitter and through Facebook, Gaetani had been reaching out to Peter, Genduso, and others since early November claiming she feared Kearney and stating he had threatened to use her probate documents and revenge porn to retaliate against her. And Kearney, in turn, was very much publicly threatening her, which supported the story she was telling to others. Kearney has claimed he never threatened Gaetani with any type of public shaming however the threat in the below screenshot, proves otherwise. It also proves Gaetani, under Jane, pursued Peter, not the other way around as per her comment to Peter, also in the screenshot. And in regard to the timing, Kearney's own filing also shows the Genduso message was sent on 12/11/2023. I wonder what other truths will come out Bederow Law like the public threat Kearney kept from you. I wonder if there is proof Gaetani deleted the "missing" messages on her extraction. I wonder if there are screenshots that Gaetani sent which show she was framing messages from Kearney as threatening to others. I wonder if Mello told Gaetani not to let Kearney in if he showed up at her house and instead to call the police. I wonder. Because that would certainly blow up the tale your client has told, wouldn't it? Oopsie.

Aidan Kearney did not "find" the plow driver through "reporting". The information came directly from Read herself as evidenced in the below leaked texts. Brian Loughran had been avoiding Read's team for weeks and they were desperate for him to sign an affidavit. His identity was well known but Read's team needed to force Loughran to respond, so Kearney was sent in which included Kearney issuing vague threats to Loughran in a live show telling him he "knew" what Loughran "did". In reference to a text message Jen McCabe sent to her daughter after Karen Read's arraignment, Aidan Kearney clearly states the name of the recipient of the text, Jen McCabe's daughter, information that had been NOT for public consumption as it was part of impounded materials. This is the same daughter that Kearney and his followers have relentlessly attacked and harassed for 2 years. Given this fact, it does not appear he did so by accident but rather to once again to provoke harassment of the young woman. Bederow Law maybe you should have a discussion with your client as to the meaning of such words as redaction and inpoundment. He seems to cross the line with sharing as you well know since he's shared screenshots of his discussions with you recently. Unlike those, what he shared here was protected by court order. Ruh roh.

Robert Cosgrove, arguing to Judge Doolin that Alex Jackson's credibility is severely marred due to his lack of candor with the court in oral arguments, filings, and at sidebar, after Jackson attempted to twist Cosgrove's statements. In other words, Jackson is a known liar who cannot be trusted to represent another's comments or actions in a truthful manner. I'd also like to point out, Mr. Jackson has a personal, vested interest in getting Karen Read'a phones back. In each filing in the defamation case, we see how deeply entwined both he and Yannetti were with Read and Aidan Kearney's actions. Communications that reveal an attorney is engaged in fraud or illegal activities with his client, if any exist, would not be covered by privilege. This is the crime-fraud exception.

Robert Cosgrove, arguing to Judge Doolin that Alex Jackson's credibility is severely marred due to his lack of candor with the court in oral arguments, filings, and at sidebar, after Jackson attempted to twist Cosgrove's statements. In other words, Jackson is a known liar who cannot be trusted to represent another's comments or actions in a truthful manner. I'd also like to point out, Mr. Jackson has a personal, vested interest in getting Karen Read'a phones back. In each filing in the defamation case, we see how deeply entwined both he and Yannetti were with Read and Aidan Kearney's actions. Communications that reveal an attorney is engaged in fraud or illegal activities with his client, if any exist, would not be covered by privilege. This is the crime-fraud exception.

Karen Read, the defendant in the O'Keefe wrongful death suit, STILL has not satisfactorily answered her interrogatories nor fully produced discovery. She is set to be deposed this week. Interesting 5 minutes or so here at the end of the hearing discussing this during which Judge Gildea presses Rosenberg on the delays. Rosenberg did NOT want the conversation to be occurring in open court. Strange, since he had no problem using Colin Albert to publicly detract from his own client's deficiencies over the past two weeks.

The foreman of the jury continues to give interviews, and just like Paul Prado, the more he talks, the more disturbing it gets. Here, after previously stating he needed to "orchestrate" the deliberations, he calls the witnesses "suspects" and questions the way they were interviewed, much like Alan Jackson's three years of twisting this into the nefarious "friends & family meetings." If you listen carefully to to what Nurse Kim says here, she's telling us she is the type of person who would lie in order to cover up a crime if she didn't think the punishment for that crime was appropriate. This exact type of thought process is the reason guilty people walk free. Laws are laws for a reason. It is not our place to manipulate, cajole, lie, or cover up. As a human being, I'm sorry it has taken an emotional toll on her but the reality is when you involve yourself in that type of deceit, there will be a price. Surround yourself with people of value and you won't be in these positions. As an aside, I also do think the pennies she was collecting by having Aidan Kearney's lawyer on every Sunday played a large role in how she handled this. Maybe one day she'll admit that to herself too. Your character should be more expensive than a superchat.

MISINFORMATION MELANIE STRIKES AGAIN Melanie Little told her audience today that through his role on the Selectboard, Chris Albert "and his people" "set up" Aidan Kearney. Her reasoning was that since the Selectboard oversees the Canton Police Department, Chris was able to unilaterally decide to investigate and imprison Kearney. There's just one problem.
