I don't have access to Sora, but we managed to get pretty decent video-to-video consistency using open source tools Collab with Nathan Shipley using AnimateDiff Shot on Insta360 X4

Phew! Taking a quick breather from all this nonstop AI and decided to play with some polaroids Analog "3D" effect
