Please tell me the soundtrack to Courage the Cowardly Dog was in that leak. It's all I care about.

They finally made a game for that Half Life 2 play tester that kept going in circles.

Apparently there was a weight loss commercial where they made Cutie Honey fat & it looked like this.

Even as a Kid, you could tell when a cartoon was animated in Japan. You'd watch something like Tiny Toons, & suddenly the animation quality would skyrocket. I see the stuff TMS did in the 80s &, it's so fluid it makes me wonder how it ended up being made in the first place.

The scariest thing about this anime was finding out it's only 24 minutes long.

I wonder how many people have seen Sailor Moon on VHS with 100% clarity.

The fact WB passed on a Wacky Races anime by the Pop Team Epic people is immensely saddening to me.

People focus on the wrong aspects of this scene. Each item is a physical object that exists in the real world. 80s artists would draw something, for no reason other than to sketch a detailed refrigerator or Computer to prove they could. The character is just punctuation.

Fascinated by these Japanese commercials for the Mitsuwa Soap Company. Created by Kihachirō Kawamoto (co-founder of Shiba productions), they're all stop motion & done completely by hand. Shame they're only available online in low quality. The design & movement is really charming.

So anyway I restored Daicon IV from scratch. This was a joint project with Chris Person (papapishu), who sourced the incredibly Rare Laserdisc release. The raw files can be found on the internet archive for those interested in processing it yourself. Enjoy!

Been watching this Isekai anime called "The Wizard of Oz" where a girl gets hit by a tornado. It's really good.
