Foreign tourists landed in Srinagar, being told by the Kangle that this is India, but when they stepped into Kashmir they realised that this place is completely different! Kashmir was nothing like India the people were different, they acted differently, they were very clean, and there was none of the filth they had experienced elsewhere in India. The truth is that Kashmiri Muslims were not the ones who drove the Pandits out it was the Indian state machinery, pushed forward under Jagmohan, that engineered it. While the propaganda keeps painting Muslims as the villains, it was actually Muslims who were killed in far greater numbers than the Pandits at that time by terrorists.
