Black African Americans struggle with a negative psychological perception of themselves. Blacks🇺🇸 feel that being Black makes them less human in society, which lead them to seek validation and acceptance from groups such as Hispanic Dominicans, who on average are a mixed Latino population with mostly European ancestry.(grok it) Dominicans, as a proud people, tend to show a stronger sense of exclusivity in their identity. They do not seek validation or acceptance from others in the same way. Individuals like Black Americans lack self-respect & pride, they become overly inclusive and attempt to claim others as part of their group, even when those Hispanic people clearly reject them. A person who lacks self-pride may try to attach themselves to anyone they perceive as similar. Despite decades of anti-white rhetoric, many White Americans remain confident in their identity, which is why they tend to be more exclusive and do not pressure Hispanics to identify as white in the same way Blacks force Latinos to identify as black. The overwhelming majority of Dominicans cannot identify as “black”, they are mostly Mixed with mostly Spanish European ancestry on average. In fact reparations wouldn’t make sense when historically, during the colonial period of Spanish Santo Domingo, only 10% of the population was enslaved by 5% of Dominicans who were slave owners. The remaining 85% of the population consisted mainly of Criollos (whites), Spanish-mixed people, and some free black individuals. Basically you would be paying reparations to former slave owners, in this case Dominicans. Dominicans 🇩🇴👇

Spanish🇪🇸 vaquero culture shaped both Mexican charros & U.S. cowboys. Blacks 🇺🇸 have nothing to do with it. Spanish Vaquero influenced the rest of Latin America, in fact Dominicans(Spanish-Criollos settlers) were the first Vaqueros/Cowboys in the Americas before Mexico & the USA. The first cowboys in the Americas emerged in early Spanish Hispaniola island in the 1500s, Dominican Criollos(white) were the first American-born vaqueros and helped spread cattle culture across the Spanish Americas. Spain introduced horses and cattle to Hispaniola in the 1490s. The island quickly developed large free range herds and cattle ranches (hatos). By the early 1500s, Spanish settlers, followed by locally born Dominican criollos(white), were already riding horses, herding cattle, branding, and managing ranches, the core activities of vaqueros. Hispaniola became the cattle source for the entire Caribbean and mainland Americas spreading ranching/cowboys practices outward from Santo Domingo. Dominican Vaqueros/Cowboys in DR🇩🇴👇

Black Americans appear to show signs of deep inferiority complex toward Dominicans. This Black man want to fight a Dominican man because he said he wasn’t Black as in ethnicity of Black American. Blacks🇺🇸 like Haitians want proximity to Hispanic Dominicans given that they are Mixed with mostly European ancestry on average. Blacks feel that Dominicans are superior to them which is why they feel offended when Dominicans reject them & don’t let them claim them as “black”. Blacks look up to Latino Dominicans as the better version of themselves. You don’t get so enraged if someone doesn’t want to be part of your group unless you already hate being part of that group but cannot scape it. Blacks feel they are less than and they see hope in Hispanic Dominicans as a people that can represent them as “beautiful black people”. 🇩🇴👇
