Today, my inital prosecutor in the video below, who deemed me to be a threat to my community, ordering me to wear an ankle monitor, a nightly curfew, and drug screenings, will be standing before a judge claiming he left his vehicle, broke the window of a strangers car with a knife, and repeatedly stabbed a man in self defense on video in broad daylight in front of witnesses. Everything I have seen and heard in this case makes me believe the judge will let him walk today. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but what I've seen of our justice system doesn't give me much hope.

Patrick Scruggs, my initial prosecutor from January 6th, just had his 6th pretrial conference. They just filed a motion to dismiss hearing for May. By now I think the world has seen the video and the evidence is clear. You can be on video stabbing someone in broad daylight and have the media right puff pieces defending you but if you walk into a building peacefully the media will smear you for years and you will be sent to prison.

Within 48 hours of smiling and waving in the Capitol on J6, I was in county jail isolation under 24-hour supervision, charged with 3 crimes, 2 were lies, the other debatable. They put me in an ankle monitor and told me I was I was a danger to my community. Meanwhile, this animal is still collecting a paycheck from our tax dollars.

Today is my 40th birthday. It's been a wild ride. Ups and downs, comings and goings, but I'm right where I want to be. Married to my soul mate, father to five wonderful sons, and approaching the beginning of my Lectern Guy redemption arc in January. I don't know what the next 40 holds, but if it's anything like the last 40, it's going to be a good time. Thanks for being here, and here's to new adventures.
