Welcome to the side of the internet where we load shotguns three different ways and make sound effects while doing it 💜🔥 Stick around. It gets weirder (better) from here ✨ #WelcomeToMyWorld #ShotgunLife #FollowAlong #Berretta1301

🧩Just a piece of the puzzle in defending a world title. 💪🏼🏆 One goal at a time. One rep at a time. One drill at a time. One step closer to Shotgun Wolrd Shoot in Greece 💪🏼✨ September’s coming 🔥🙌🏼🇬🇷

tiny tiny gun, ready or not, here I come! 🤣 #SmithAndWessonAmbassador

Which technique should I stick with? A. Two hands on shotgun, stock on shoulder B. One hand on shotgun, stock tucked C. One hand on shotgun, stock on shoulder

The limits they try to place on you? Those aren't yours to carry. The box they want to put you in? Maybe you’re meant to balance on top of it instead of fitting inside 😏📦💥 Be limitless. The world will adjust 🙌🏼 #Limitless #Trending #NickiManajChallenge #DontTryThisAtHome

Standard for MY fanny pack draw when wearing it on my waist is < 2.25 seconds. Crossbody fanny pack is 3.5 and appendix is 2 flat. Set your own standards but remember…any draw time is better than your EDC getting left at home. Make it safe, make it convenient and TRAIN. 🙌🏼🔥

#SmithAndWessonAmbassador Well does he?! 🤔😉

The data I get back from training w/ my Mantis 10X keeps me honest during dry fire. Trigger pulls, movements and overall consistency…. tracked and on display to further study. This skill is definitely worth the training time so grab your favorite unloaded pistol & give it a go!

📝The recipe I give when someone asks me about the secret to living a happy life 💁🏻‍♀️🤣 There’s a lot more to contentment than shooting, but ya know, a girl can pretend. 😜 #MakeItRain #ShotShells #HappyLife #AllYouNeed #CompetitionLife #Gear #NotThatKindOfRecipe

Shooting on the move at different speeds! 🔥🔫🏃🏻‍♀️

This can be your next party trick! You’re welcome. 🫡 #shotgun #quadload #partytrick

steps AND reps 🔥🔫🏃🏻‍♀️

My life is shotshells, loads and recoil 🎶

#SmithAndWessonAmbassador 🔥🔫 Woohoo!! What fun we had with the 5x7 FPC. 🙌🏼 It folds, it fires (minimal recoil) AND it gives you the giggles. 🤭 What more could ya want?!? *giggles not guaranteed* 😉

I’ve learned that confidence isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build. My mission is to help people become more capable, competent, and confident in whatever challenge they’re taking on. If that sounds like your kind of adventure, welcome to the tribe!✨

LOW, LOCK, and ROLL. My three biggest tips for you to master shooting on the move! 🙌🏼🔥

If my no talking, shotgun mime didn’t get the point across, here’s the TALKING version of my non-typical shotgun stance for ULTIMATE recoil control. 🔥 Try to say that 10 times fast. 🤣 #Shotgun #Tips #Stance #FirearmsEducation

#SmithAndWessonAmbassador 🤝 Threaded barrel. Rotating bolt. AR style mag. Not your standard handgun and it doesn’t pretend to be 🔥🔫 M&P 5.7

#SmithAndWessonAmbassador you know I love to jibber jabber, so let me do this again please. I BEG. 🙏🏼🤣

My "why" for carrying came the day I realized I couldn't ask someone else to risk their life to save mine 💪 So this is part of getting ready. Making sure I can protect myself. Making sure I'm honoring the responsibility I've chosen to carry ✨

3 Mistakes New Shooters Make (and how to fix them!) 🎯🔥

Both are a hoot!! 🙌🏼🔥Which would you shoot? #SmithAndWessonAmbassador

Well that was fun!! 🤣 Which one would you want to try?!

Both eyes open, or one eye shut?! How do you shoot iron sights on a pistol?

Three guns. Four speeds. One shooter trying not to fall off the treadmill 😂🎯

How many cameras do you think I’ve shot in my career? 🤔🤣 🔺Sig Sauer P320X-5 Legion DH3 small pistol frame with silicon carbide grips + Max P320X-5 Legion slide and red dot 🔺SIG SAUER P365 ROSE XL Comp + handle it grip + ROMEO X Compact ROSE red dot

$250 vs $5000 shotgun….which one wins??
