تتحدث ممثلة مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في لبنان، السيدة كارولينا ليندهولم بيلينغ، عن الشراكة طويلة الأمد مع مؤسسة مخزومي منذ عام 2011، والتي انطلقت مع بداية الأزمة السورية. وتشمل هذه الشراكة تقديم مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات عبر مراكز التنمية المجتمعية في لبنان، إضافةً إلى برامج تدريبية في سبل العيش، وأنشطة مخصصة لدعم الأطفال وتنمية مهاراتهم. وفي ظل هذه الظروف الطارئة، يواصل الطرفان العمل معًا لتقديم الدعم العاجل وتعزيز صمود المجتمعات الأكثر حاجة. Mrs. Karolina Lindholm Billing, Representative of UNHCR in Lebanon, speaks about the long-term partnership with Makhzoumi Foundation since 2011, which began with the onset of the Syrian crisis. This partnership includes the provision of a wide range of services through community development centers across Lebanon, as well as livelihood training programs and activities dedicated to supporting children and developing their skills. With every pothole closed, we take another step towards safer roads and a better daily life for the people of Beirut. أول وأكبر مشروع إنارة لشوارع بيروت أطلقته مؤسسة مخزومي بدعم مباشر من سعادة النائب فؤاد مخزومي وبالشراكة مع بلدية بيروت. تسع مئة لمبة أضاءت واحداً وثمانين شارعاً على امتداد عشرين كيلومتراً، لتعيد النور إلى قلب العاصمة وتفتح الطريق نحو الاستدامة والسلامة المرورية. هذا المشروع لا يقتصر على إنارة الشوارع فحسب، بل هو خطوة حقيقية نحو مدينة أكثر أماناً وتنظيماً وازدهاراً. معاً بدأنا، بكم نجحنا، ومن أجلكم نستمر. The first and largest solar-powered street lighting project in Beirut was launched by Makhzoumi Foundation, with the direct support of MP Fouad Makhzoumi and in partnership with the Municipality of Beirut. Nine hundred solar lights illuminated eighty-one streets across twenty kilometers, bringing light back to the heart of the capital and paving the way toward sustainability and road safety. This project is not only about lighting the streets, it’s a real step toward a safer, more organized, and brighter Beirut. Together we started, with you we succeeded, and for you we continue.

في أوقات الأزمات، تكون الاستجابة السريعة هي ما يصنع الفرق. تعمل فرق مؤسسة مخزومي الإنسانية والطبية والمتطوعون على الأرض بشكل متواصل لدعم العائلات النازحة وتلبية احتياجاتهم الأساسية. تحوّلت مدينة كميل شمعون الرياضية إلى مركز ايواء يستقبل آلاف الأشخاص حيث تمّ تأمين المولدات والإنارة بالطاقة الشمسية. وفي الوقت نفسه، تواصل فرق المؤسسة عملها في عدد من مراكز الإيواء الأخرى في المدارس. يقدّم الفريق الطبي معاينات طبية ويوفّر الأدوية بالتنسيق مع شبكة الرعاية الصحية الأولية في وزارة الصحة العامة وشركائنا في القطاع الصحي. كما تعمل الفرق الإغاثية بالتعاون مع مطبخ الخير على تحضير وتوزيع الوجبات الساخنة يوميًا. فرقنا حاضرة… لأن العمل الإنساني لا يتوقف عندما تشتد الأزمات. In times of crisis, rapid response is what makes the difference. Makhzoumi Foundation’s humanitarian and medical teams, along with volunteers, are working continuously on the ground to support displaced families and meet their essential needs. The Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium has been transformed into a shelter that hosts thousands of people, with generators and solar lighting installed to improve living conditions. At the same time, the Foundation’s teams continue their work in several other shelters located in schools. The medical team provides consultations and medications in coordination with the Primary Healthcare Network of the Ministry of Public Health and with our health-sector partners. Relief teams are also collaborating with Matbakh El Khair to prepare and distribute hot meals daily. Our teams remain present… because humanitarian work does not stop when crises intensify. بروح العطاء والتضامن، يجتمع متطوعو #مؤسسة_مخزومي في مطبخ الخير مع #أهل_الخير يومياً على مدار الشهر الفضيل لتحضير أكثر من 250 وجبة إفطار للعائلات الصائمة، ناشرين الخير والمحبة في شهر الرحمة. يد بيد، نعمل بروح الفريق لنجهّز الوجبات ونوصلها للصائمين، فالعطاء في رمضان يزيده بركة. #شاركنا_رمضان With a spirit of giving and solidarity, the volunteers of #MakhzoumiFoundation gather daily at Matbakh Al Kheir with Ahel Al Kheir Association throughout the holy month to prepare over 250 Iftar meals for fasting families, spreading kindness and love during this month of mercy. Hand in hand, we work as a team to prepare and deliver the meals to those fasting, as giving in #Ramadan brings even more blessings. #proudlyempowering
