His name his Mustafa and he let my wife inside the athlete zone to shot videos for our YouTube channel. It’s my first Hyrox and the energy is insane. Everybody is fit, sexy and topless. When an agent is running in Codex, Pac-Man is eating 👾 and becomes all big and green 🤢 when the agent is done, so I know it's time to prompt again. On hover, the notch expands to show the list of running and completed threads. Edward Luo came up with a banger, and I think the Codex team should consider adding this natively because it's really nice 🤗

I just did my yearly V02 max test: 🫀 61.9 mL/kg/min It's 8% better than last year 🥳 and puts me in the top 5% of men my age. The test was on a treadmill, starting at 6 km/h. The speed increased by 2 km/h every 3 minutes. At each stage, the doctor stopped the treadmill for 15 seconds to take a blood sample from my finger and measure my lactate levels. I passed out at 22 km/h (~25 minutes). For the past 2 years, I've taken my fitness seriously: - Cardio 3-4x a week - Lifting 2-3x a week I was worried about losing muscle mass, which also matters for longevity, but I didn’t. In fact, I’ve gained almost 10 kg since last year. I’m now 84 kg at 181 cm, and I’m happy with that. My goal for next year is to improve my VO₂ max and get stronger without gaining more weight. When AI detects that I’m sitting like a shrimp 🦐, it sends me a notification with a preview of my posture so I can reposition myself. Everything stays local. It works offline too. > And because apparently my brain only responds to fake rewards, I added XP: good posture makes my shrimp evolve (currently level 7).

The avatar on the site is a real version of me, not AI. My wife scanned my body with an app called Polycam. She took ~300 photos of me from different angles. Then I imported the file into Blender and used their MCP to connect with Codex. It did its magic to display it in HTML using three.js. New PR: 8 minutes 🎉 I realized it’s 50% muscle 50% mental. My shoulders are basically dead after 3 minutes and then it’s the little voice inside telling me to hold until {{goal}}. I don’t know if this one counts tho, because I lifted my elbows a few times and I wasn’t in proper form. Not an excuse but the floor was getting slippery. Anyway I’m Pretty proud of it!
