Burn kick is so ignorant. It's just slightly touching Tiger knee in Neutral skip tier. 1: Goes over lows 2: whiff punishes 3: Creates an unecessary mental stack equivalent to Hondas headbutt 4: User can make it plus, defender cant tell. 5: She gets to jump alot.

Something just clicked lately and I just understand SF6 and Viper. I have a feeling C.viper might be S tier but this is a reserved opinion until I see how well her anti tech holds up in real time. People with perfect AAs cannot AA this character & this bolsters her floor game.
