Live Nation took no accountability for refusing to protect consumers. According to the FTC it was company policy to turn a blind eye to brokers and bad actors buying up tickets while fans suffered the consequences. I pushed for real accountability to protect artists and fans.

Musician Kid Rock, legally known as Robert Ritchie, testified on Capitol Hill Wednesday over his concerns about the resale ticket market pricing consumers out of live events such as concerts. "We can't get the tickets into the hands of the fans at the prices we set," he told CBS News' Nikole Killion. "They need to enforce the Bots Act, but I don't know if that fixes it. It's a great step, and the bots need to go, period." Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) led the hearing before the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee advocating for more enforcement of the Bots Act. "We need Ticketmaster to clean up their website," she said.

Call centre scammers are stealing the goodwill and destroying the reputation of India. We must declare war on these scammers. Property owners especially should be held accountable for renting out their premises to call centres. The world has boycotted Somalia for piracy, and one day it could boycott India for letting these scammers cheat retirees of their life savings. It's time to clean up our nation.
