🚨MAD MARICOPA SUPERVISORS - The BOS BIG LIE🤥🤥🤥🤥 🧳🧵Timeline unpacked with receipts🧾 While Debbie Lesko was repeating like a mad 🤪person, "Justin needs to respond," the Recorder's comms team released a folder with emails between the attorneys that tells a completely different story from Wednesday's insulting Special Meeting. The BOS BIG LIE: ◾Recorder Justin Heap DID ACCEPT Debbie Lesko's "Ball is in the Recorder's court" public offer in 2/16 post below. The BOS reneged on the offer. The Wednesday 2/18 meeting was all theater! Heap's lawyer, James Rogers, told the BOS attorney Tuesday morning: "Put those two sentences from Lesko's 2/16 post in Rule 80 writing and we settle TODAY." 😎 A Rule 80 binds the agreement in court, giving the parties time to work out the details of the SSA. BOS refused to put it in writing. Instead, they moved forward with beginning 11-253 removal proceedings of the Recorder. 🧐Has any of the media reported this? Just to make sure this was never brought up in the 18th meeting, I downloaded the transcript, and neither Lesko or the BOS attorney mentioned Recorder Heap accepted this offer. Kinda a big deal, isn't it? What's worse is the entire time Debbie is berating the Recorder from the stage, Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap was banned from participating in the SSA discussion, standing in the back of the room while it transpired. Imagine yelling from stage for two hours, "Justin, come back and negotiate," while he's literally in the room, but you won't let him speak.
