The haters were saying these weren't real reps and as much as it pains me to admit, the haters had a point. I wasn't locking out my arms. So here's a better set: 405x11 clean, locked out.

At one point my shoulder was so bad I would frequently wake up in the middle of the night and have to pop it back in. Nevertheless, I was able to come back and hit this set. ... wait, I'm sorry. Did you say "2 plates?" I apologize. I didn't film the warm up sets.

"If I want to get jacked should I do low weight for high reps or high weight for low reps?" Neither. High weight for high reps.

💯 Dr.Jay⚡️💯 Having big muscles but not being very strong isn't a flex. It means you're all puffed up just for show. Weak. Effeminate. Some would even say fraudulent. This is how a real man uses his chest.
